Composition:
Each Plagrel film coated tablet contains: clopidogrel 75 mg (as bisulphate).
Indications:
Plagrel is indicated for the prevention of atherothrombotic events in cases of:
• Recent myocardial infarction( MI), Recent Stroke, or Established Peripheral Arterial Disease
Myocardial infarction (from few days till 35 days), ischemic stroke (from 7 days until less than
6 months) or established peripheral arterial disease.
• Acute Coronary Syndrome (ACS)
a) Non –ST segment elevation acute coronary syndrome (unstable angina or non Q-wave
myocardial infarction) in combination with acetyl salicylic acid (ASA) and in coronary stinting
(reperfusion & revascularization).
b) ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction in combination with (ASA).

Indications:
Metronidazole is indicated especially:
• For Trichomoniasis.
• In severe infections with anaerobic bacteria where it is not possible or not advisable to administer Metronidazole tablets.
• When preparing surgical interventions especially where infections such as peritonitis or
purulent diseases in the area below the diaphragm(subphrenic abscesses) or the pelvic cavity
(abscesses) are already identified or suspected.
• When preparing surgery where contamination by anaerobic bacteria is to be expected.
