In the early 1970’s a new era of comedy began with the emergence of a stand-up duo that based their acts
on the hippie and free love era. The duo that consisted of Richard “Cheech” Marin and Tommy Chong,
made their love for cannabis a major source of content for their stand up act, albums and feature films.
Cheech and Chong became well known for such routines as “Earache My Eye”, “Santa Claus and His Old
Lady” and “Basketball Jones. Culminating their early success was their first feature film, “Up In Smoke”,
which weas released in 1978, and soon became a cult classic. Now you can relive their comedic stylings,
with designs by Liquid Blue.
