For ease of use and long-term durability, the 440 series can’t be beat. Our innovative construction utilizes aircraft grade,
polypropylene honeycomb core material that is epoxy-bonded to a durable outer shell of light-weight, high-strength,
thermoformed ABS plastic.

1 The thermoformed, high-impact ABS plastic is extremely durable and stain resistant.
2 The thermoplastic honeycomb core utilizes a small cell, isotropic structure to deliver a
high load capacity and impact resistance with the lightest weight possible.
3 Bonding of the outer ABS plastic skin to the honeycomb is aided by a continuous,
non-woven substrate that is fused to the honeycomb core to provide a 100 percent
bonding area for the epoxy adhesive. This construction results in maximum tensile
and peel strength.
4 A multi-wall bumper edge molding, composed of high-impact PVC plastic, is bonded
to the table’s ABS top and bottom to provide five layers of protection against impact
from rough handling.

to the most durable legs found anywhere in the industry and you have a lightweight table that anyone can handle, yet it
is so durable that it's backed by a 15-year warranty. This may be the last table that you will ever have to buy.

5 Corners are protected against damage by high-impact, injection-molded, PVC
guards. Corner guards are reinforced with integral ribs and joined to the bumper
edge molding with interlocking fittings.

7 Steel plates are epoxy bonded to the ABS plastic bottom and the honeycomb core to
provide metal-to-metal anchoring points for the legs and the leg brace mechanisms.

Plywood is light in weight, resistant to corner impact breakage and strong enough to support heavy loads under constant

Galvanized steel provides maximum edge protection to our top of the line, 420 and 460 Series plywood top tables.
Because plywood is light in weight and steel is so tough, these tables will stand up to the many rigors of day-to-day use.
The galvanized steel edge easily stands up to rolling and dragging over concrete floors like no other edging material.
Through-bolted, hardwood runners carry the heaviest loads and allow for safe stacking during storage. Our 14-gauge
all-welded legs are built to handle the worst punishment that your staff may dish out.
Tough galvanized steel edges outlast all other types, reducing costly repairs and eliminating snagged table linens. The
420 Series is stained and sealed to inhibit moisture penetration. Our light-weight, solid core tops of 3/4" thick plywood
are finished with walnut stain and sealed with two coats of lacquer.

MOBILE BAR AND BUFFET UNITS
Save time and increase flexibility with our mobile bar/buffet units. Tables
may be fully prepared prior to the event and rolled to the desired location
when needed. The detachable riser shelf may be used to add a second
tier for buffet setups or to create a mobile bar. The removable lower
shelf adds storage capacity. MTS Mobile Table Units allow fast conversion between various functions in your multipurpose facility. One person
can easily open, fold and transport even our largest models.These units
feature automatic safety locks in both the open and closed positions to

MTS Heavy Duty Table Caddies are designed to roll long distances comfortably on concrete, tile or carpeted floors.
Caddies feature 6" diameter, 13/8" wide, polyurethane wheel, roller-bearing axle, swivel plate casters mounted to a heavy-gauge,
welded, steel frame. Crossbeams are carpeted and side rails are covered with neoprene rubber to protect tables.
MTS Standard Duty Table Caddies are designed for use on smooth floors. Caddies feature 4" diameter, 1¼" wide, hard rubber wheel,
swivel stem casters mounted to a heavy gauge welded steel frame. Side rails are covered with neoprene rubber to protect tables.
Both series are available for all MTS folding table styles.

One person can roll MTS Mobile Stages easily from storage to the event location. Opening the stage deck automatically lifts casters
from the floor to prevent movement when the stage is in use. Integral drop-in couplings allow stages to be joined together, and stages
safely support a uniform load of more than 200 pounds per square foot. From compact storage to event location, mobile stages save
set-up time and increase facility flexibility.

Stage set-up is easy and can be accomplished with one person. Integral wheels on 16" and taller stage units facilitate
unloading from the storage caddie and moving into position without any heavy lifting. Once in place, wheels automatically
lift from the floor and each unit rests safely on non-marring glides. Built-in height adjustment from 8" to 40" (see individual
unit specifications) provide endless possibilites. Steps, guardrails and clip-on skirting complete the stage for a safe and
professional presentation.
Skirting is attached to any
stage or riser with skirting
clips – one provided for
each foot of skirting ordered.
Optional guard rails are
available in 30", 36" or 48"
lengths. All rails are 42" high
from the stage floor.
Optional portable steps are
available for all MTS Mobile
Stages. Chose from 1, 2, 3
