Water is the major constituent of our body. More than 70 percent of
the human body is made up of water. In order to keep the balance,
we have to drink a sufficient amount of water. 1.5 liter of water
is the minimum an adult should drink per day. It is, however,
recommended to drink at least 2 to 3 liter of pure water.
At our Water Bar you can get a taste of our great variety of seasonal
water specialties with natural aromas.

Our Spa Bar & Lounge is a place where you can relax, invigorate
and take a break. We offer you herbal teas, fresh fruit and crunchy
nuts. In the afternoon we serve small culinary snacks.
Fitness Studio
Movement is life and life is movement. To work out properly we
kindly ask you to wear adequate sportswear. It is not allowed to
work out in bathrobes or bathing shoes.
Health
Please inform us about current disorders, such as high blood pressure, heart diseases, metabolic diseases, allergies, pregnancy or
recent surgeries already at the beginning of your spa visit.

We have thoroughly prepared the treatment you booked. We ask for
your understanding that we have to invoice 50 % of the treatment
costs in case of cancellation up to 12 hours before treatment. In
case of cancellation less than 6 hours before treatment, 100 % of
the costs have to be paid.

For environment’s sake we appreciate your responsible handling
of our spa and sauna towels. You will receive your spa and sauna
towels at our SPA Reception where used towels can be exchanged
