Special Considerations
A BEACH WEDDING is the experience of a lifetime, and Meyer Vacation
Rentals is here to help you create the most special day. There are a few things
to take into consideration when planning a beach wedding at a Meyer house:
• Weddings should be limited to 80 or fewer guests.
• A non-refundable fee of $250-$500 is required to reserve a wedding-friendly house. Beach weddings held in certain subdivisions may require additional
permits and fees.
• Parking at wedding-friendly houses is limited to one car per bedroom plus
two cars. Therefore, arrangements should be made for shuttles to transport
guests from overflow parking at a public parking area.
• Sea oats and other dune-building beach vegetation must be protected at
all times.
• Atmosphere conducive to quiet enjoyment of guests in surrounding
accommodations must be maintained at all times.
