CO-OP MARKETING CAMPAIGN FOR 2012
Mailers are being sent to all retail, restaurant and motel/hotel members explaining how
to apply for matching grants of up to $2500 for area advertising that brings people to
Pampa to shop, eat and encourage an overnight stay. Don’t be shy! Let this be the
time that you create a new approach to promoting your business – one you’ve never
tried before! Your proposal must be presented to the Tourism Committee of the chamber BEFORE funding is approved. The timeline is from June1 until December 31, 2012.

Membership in the chamber is still the least costly way to advertise effectively.
AS A REMINDER:
Be sure and place you organizational activities on the community calendar here at the
Chamber. This is a perfect way to ensure that our community doesn’t “double book”
these events the same time. Also, it is free advertising on both the web page and our
weekly radio spots. So, encourage all clubs and organizations to plan with us.
