PAYMENT
When submitting your order,
provide a credit card number or
mail a money order payable to
Tanner’s Pecans. No currency,
stamps, foreign checks or
C.O.D.s please. Orders paid for
with personal check will not be
shipped until check clears.
CREDIT CARD PURCHASES
We accept MasterCard, Visa,
American Express and Discover. We process your order
immediately upon receipt.
Therefore, the charge may appear on your credit card bill before the product has been
shipped.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Please see the shipping chart for
calculating your shipping
charges. Shipping charges are
based on original price of merchandise. For shipments to
Alaska or Hawaii, please add $9
per delivery address to the delivery rate. Each shipment outside the U.S. will be charged an
extra $30 for customs documentation and handling.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
• Be sure to provide accurate
shipping addresses. We reserve
the right to back charge the $10
address correction fee from UPS
for each address requiring a correction.
• Telephone orders after 1 p.m.
CST will not ship until the next
business day.
GIFT RECIPIENT GREETING
Shipping to a friend or client?
Let them know who sent the
package to them by providing a
package greeting. Your greeting
will be placed on a label on the exterior of the box. Please limit your
greeting to 60character spaces.
ORDER EARLY
Orders received by December
4th are guaranteed for delivery
by Christmas. Orders received
after then will go out in the
order in which they were received.
WARM WEATHER SHIPMENTS
Your order is important to us,
which is why we take extra care
to pack your candies in our special warm weather packaging
during warm weather
periods. A reusable insulated
foam box and ice packs will ensure protection from heat and
handling. Warm weather packaging costs just $12 (in addition
to Standard Delivery rates) and
requires expedited 2 day service to guarantee that your candy
will arrive just the way you expected. Orders containing
chocolate received after 1 pm
CST on Wednesday will ship
the following Monday. We do
not ship chocolates to PO
Boxes, APO, FPO, Guam or international addresses.
