Last year we were able to offer new courses in healthcare and

quality Career and Technical Education classes and have
several new course offerings that we are very excite d about.
You can take a course to become a certified tax preparer,

We have worked to develop our personal enrichment classes
which focus on helping students gain valuable personal skills.
We now offer Art (Drawing, Painting, and other mediums), the
Art of Welding, Digital Photography, and Photoshop. Our
individualized high school diploma and equivalency classes
focus on online learning to assist students in obtaining the
necessary skills and credits to complete their program.
Additionally, our English Language Acquisition (formerly ESL)
classes provide the best instructional programs in our region.
We look forward to serving your

PHOTOGRAPHY AND PHOTOSHOP ELEMENTS
PHOTOGRAPHY - Would you like to
improve your photography skills? Terry
Murray is an award winning photographer
and she will teach you the seven “rules” for
taking great photographs. Each class will
begin with examples that use these rules
effectively, followed by time to go outside
and take photos using what you have
learned, and finishing with viewing and
critiquing the photos you have taken.
We recommend also registering for the Adobe Photoshop Elements class to learn
how to crop and adjust your images taken in the Photography class. The goal is
for you to have photos that you are proud of and that have the potential of
entering into local contests.
PHOTOSHOP ELEMENTS – In this class, you will learn the basics of Photoshop
elements. That includes cropping, various adjustments, layers, copy and paste,
and simple manipulations of the photo. We will begin the class working on a photo
together and then you will have time to work on your own photos.
For those that took the Photography class, you are encouraged to bring in the
photos that you took. For those that did not take it, please bring in your photos on
a flash drive. The Photoshop Elements class can be taken with or without the
Photography class.
