2014 BCGS Specialty Shows (Jay Serion)
Dates: Monday – Wednesday, August 11 – 13, 2014
Show Chairman: Jay Serion
Location: Red Lion Hotel Olympia - Have confirmation from Red Lion. Ground floor rooms will be in drawing
as fundraiser. Get your name in before 7/23/2014 to be given a chance to donate $50.00 and a ground floor
room. Heather Dietz- [email protected] with the exception to Betty Buelteman / Joan Johnson who
will be given a ground floor room per vote of board / Auction needs
Superintendent: BaRay – Package show with Tammy Thresher as our on-site show secretary.
Junior Showmanship Judges
Evening Events- Pat Hastings Seminar- It was voted that we will cover cost if not enough in attendance
T-shirts / Logo – Logos are being used and items being worked on by Len Whitney and Jeff Ryman
The theme for the 2014 Specialty Show is Bulldog Dynasty (a spinoff of Duck Dynasty)

Advertising/Publicity – Katie Gochev - Done

Bulltique – Kim Dailey (for some) Rich and Susan Ball (possibly some) Will use square for payment from Jeff
Ryman. Jeff is setting up and then will pass for use at bulltique. I will be there Sun. to set up and stay until
Tuesday . . Need help Mon-Tues. manning booth. Wed. will need someone to man booth and tear down. Will
send out separate sign-up sheet. Please watch for it and sign up
Emergency Response Coordinator – Jeff Ryman
Grounds –Heather Dietz – Pegg Bauer will spray prior and during event – Heather will check on Wasp traps.
Hotel may already have them up.
Health Clinic – Melissa Norton will be at the show on Tuesday to do Cardiac/Patella and micro-chipping- Will
