Pine Meadow KIDSTOP Rules and Expectations

When the kids arrive, they need to be checked in by a parent. Parents—please use your blue card!

Once at KIDSTOP, the kids are not allowed to leave the cafeteria or their rotation without permission.

There is no running in the cafeteria and in the hallways. Running will only be permitted outside and in
the gym.

During announcements, we expect the kids to “clap down” with us. Once we are done clapping, the
kids are expected to sit down quietly and listen to any announcements and directions. This is important so we can announce any upcoming events, rotations, and any other information.

Once dismissed to rotations, kids are expected to line up with their staff.

Once the kids make a choice on which activity they will be doing, they are not allowed to leave that
activity. They will have the chance to switch after the rotation is done.

There is NO pushing, shoving, hitting, kicking, or any physical abuse allowed at KIDSTOP.

Teasing, bullying, harassing, or any kind of disrespect shown to other kids or to KIDSTOP staff is not
tolerated.

Inappropriate language/swearing is not tolerated.

On the playground, kids need to stay on the playground and the surrounding grass. Kids are not allowed to play near the street.

Toys and electronics are not allowed at KIDSTOP. The first time is a warning. The second time we will
take the toy/game away from the child until the end of the day. On Fridays, during freedom Friday,
they are allowed to use them during certain rotations.

Kids need permission from a staff to go to the bathroom or get a drink.
Parent Reminders

If your child will not
be attending on their
scheduled day, you
NEED to write it in the
schedule change book
or call KIDSTOP (320251-1150) by 12pm of
that day. You will be
charged if you forget
to do so.

Payments are expected the
Friday of the week attended.
The daily rate for summer is
$24. There is a $10 late fee
for any late payments received.

KIDSTOP is open until 6pm.
There is an automatic fee of
$10 when a child is not
picked up by this time.

When picking up your
child, please use your
blue card to check them
out. If you have lost your
blue card or do not have
one, please see Skylar,
Kayla, or Eric in the office to order a new one.
Thanks!!!
