Disney on Classic Magical Night 2012 is an occasion where you can fully enjoy Disney music
performed by an orchestra and beautiful songs by vocalists. This concert has appealed to many
people since its first run in 2002 and this year it will be in its 10th round. This year, a concert with
the theme of Dreams Come True will convey the appeal of Disney music from the past to the
present. We interviewed the composer/arranger Brad Kelly, vocalist Tony Gonzalez, and Carlyn
Connolly.

The 40th anniversary Japan performance of a famous ballet.
The Kiev Ballet has turned out many star dancers in the ballet

Guitarist Kotaro Oshio is earning the support
of all generations of fans with his distinguished
guitar technique and his unique performance
style. Having a milestone anniversary of 10
years since his debut, a special live performance
at Hall A will be presented for the first time,
in addition to a live performance at Hall C.
We interviewed Mr. Oshio about his enthusiasm
and thoughts about the upcoming live shows.

Is there anything that you always attempt to do at a live performance?

one day performing at this hall. It fills me with
emotion that I can finally give a live performance at Hall A as the grand sum of my 10

It seems this is the first live perfor mance of a solo guitarist at Hall A.
It is a very great honor and I hope it will serve as a
connection to my junior fellows. I thought about what
would go into the making of the concert at Hall A, and
I m planning to give the complete form of what has been
my style until now. It seems it is very rare for a guitar solo
to be performed in such a huge hall, but I hope many
fans can feel, Listening to a guitar solo in a big hall is also
good. I will present the sound in a way that you can feel
an orchestra even with just a guitar.
I always thank the audiences. There are some
money or some come from rural areas. I try not to
let down such audiences expectations or dreams. I
also try not to forget to thank the staff members
who have been with me for these past 10 years. If I
do not forget to be appreciative, I m sure I can
definitely give a good live performance.
What is your future ambition?
I have been trying to follow wonderful mentor guitarists,
but I noticed there are increasing younger fellows who are
following me. I want to hold

Annual Meetings of IMF/World Bank Group
The world s largest international conference will be held at TIF.
The annual meetings of the IMF/World Bank Group, one of the largest international conferences,
where finance ministers and governors of the central banks will gather from 188 member countries,
will be held at TIF, Imperial Hotel and Hotel Okura as main venues. In addition to the annual meetings,
about 200 related meetings will be held. There will be about 10,000 official participants, and including
unofficial participants, it will be on a scale of 20,000 participants. This will be the second time that this
annual meeting is held in Japan after 1964. 2012 is the 60th anniversary after Japan became a
member of the IMF/World Bank Group. For participants to feel the current Tokyo and splendor of
