Our goal is to design and build a new home that actively supports an environmentally responsible,
modern lifestyle and promotes the values found in the traditional Hawaiian ahupuaa. We believe each
of us is responsible for the health and well-being of Hawaii, and we can contribute to a better Hawaii
by the way we live. This home provides that opportunity.
The Building Industry Association of Hawaii is offering this model green home to any buyer who is
looking to embrace these principles. Offers are being taken through Sept. 30, 2010.
Construction is targeted to start after Jan. 1, 2011. Offers will be reviewed, and qualified buyers will
be interviewed by the selection committee. The selection will be announced on Oct. 15, 2010.
