About the company
Ukravtozapchastyna Co., Ltd occupies the leading position of the
Ukrainian market in production of accumulator batteries, tires, lube,
maintenance and repair materials, spare parts to automobiles, of national and
foreign production, tractors and agricultural machinery.
The head office of the company is located in Kyiv and includes interregional ware house complex of 20000 sq. m. which is equipped with a single
automated system of goods and services circulation record of the company
and its subsidiaries.
Ukravtozapchastyna Co., Ltd offers consumers a quality product which
is available in all regions of Ukraine, with its warranty and service.
History
2010
–the 15th anniversary of the founding Ukravtozapchastina Co Ltd; opening 5 new
branches;
 2008 – acquisition the status of official dealer of Production Association «Minsk
Tractor Works» and also the status of official dealer of sale of spare parts of it is origin.
Getting the status of general dealer of TM «Foton»; opening 5 new branches
Ukravtozapchastina Co Ltd;
2006 – Start of working in the direction «Mini-machinery» (tractors, moto-units and
attached implements); started the production of national tractors under the own trade
mark KIY.
 2005 – expanding the network of branches in Ukraine into 30, ten years since the
founding Ukravtozapchastina Co Ltd;
 2004 – the beginning of the work on the direction of cars and bikes;
 2002 – opening of the tractor plant Ukravtozapchastina Co Ltd;
 1997-1999 – expanding range of goods due to sales of spare parts for agricultural
machinery and tractors, batteries, tires and oils, getting the status of the general dealer
NAC "ISTA";
 1995 – foundation Ukravtozapchastina Co Ltd - the company-supplier of spare parts
for cars and trucks produced in Russia;

Tractors and agricultural machinery
The structure of Ukravtozapchastyna Co., Ltd
includes the plant-manufacture of tractors MTZ licensed
by “Minsk Tractor Works”.
In 2006 company registered its own trade mark
“KIY” and started production of national tractors under
this brand.
More then 45 modifications of tractors, attached
and specific implements were produced.
We present a big range of attached implements,
such as ploughs, disk harrows, fertilizer spreader and
sowing machines.

From 2010 UAZ is a representative of the
Italian company Landini S. p. A. – a renowned
manufacturer of agricultural cultivated wheeled and
crawler tractors.
Tractor Plant –
one of the principal enterprises of the company.
The first production line was opened in Kyiv on 5th of September 2002
With the laps of time Tractor plant became a leading manufacturer in Ukraine, with
the production of 40% of all tractors throughout the country.
Nowadays, the production capacity of the plant is 5000 tractors per year.
On demand of a customer the tractor can be completed with integrated
motor,
coupled wheel, conditioner, radio-recorder etc.
Each branch of Ukravtozapchastyna Co., Ltd has a mobile after sales team.

Ukravtozapchastyna Co., Ltd
is a main dealer of NAK “ISTA” in
Ukraine, the biggest manufacturer in
Central and Eastern Europe of leadacid batteries for motorcycles,
automobiles, trucks, agricultural
machines and tractors.

Ukravtozapchastyna Co., Ltd
is an official distributor of world
known trade marks “THK”, “Lukoil”,
“Texaco”, “Neste”.
Product catalogue includes motor oil
gear oil, turbine oil, hydraulic and
industrial oil used for automobiles,
truck, agricultural machines, tractors
and special machinery.
Tires and wheels
Ukravtozapchastyna Co., Ltd is the official dealer
of the famous Ukrainian and international manufactures
of wheels and tires, brands such as Rosava, Belshina,
Nokian, Fulda, Goodyear, Dunlop, BF Goodrich, Michelin.
In a constant presence, there are over 1000
names and sizes for cars and trucks, agricultural
machinery, tractors, motorcycles and specialized
equipment.
