The name and logo is deeply rooted to the Geneva region, Pascal Savoy‘s place of birth, and
represents perfectly the character the brand will convey: strong, memorable yet refined. A very
personal insignia that represents the commitment, determination, and passion of its founders.
Joined by marriage, the couple interlocks their Aries and Capricorn horns as a symbol of their
partnership personally and professionally while pointing at opposite sides to individually highlight
their strains in different areas of the business. Used merely as inspiration, the tower on the background
is indicative of the The House of Savoy, a fortified house with deep foundations and structural
integration that emphasize the luxury sense of the brand.
Today the SAVOY brand is synonymous with confidence, character and class: a sense of royalty but
with a fashion edge and an unconventional look.

The brand belongs to a very well established and private Swiss group that in addition owns and

FOUNDERS‘ BIOGRAPHY & THE SAVOY STORY
With a drive for perfection, Swiss native Pascal Savoy began his luxury goods career in the alluring
and entrancing fragrance industry, developing successful programs for top brands globally.
Subsequently, he moved to one of the Richemont group brand, and later became marketing
director for Calvin Klein’s cosmetics line before entering the watch industry more than 15 years
ago. He then moved to Fort Lauderdale, Florida in 1999 as President of Hublot USA Inc. and was
instrumental in broadening awareness of the Hublot name in America, helping to make it one of
the most inspirational brands found today. In 2004, Savoy founded his own branding and product
development company and immediately recognized that there was a void in the watch industry for
Swiss Made watches that would combine unique iconic designs with reasonable prices.
Early 2009 he decides to create his own brand.
Lola Garcia Savoy, born in Madrid Spain and active in the watch industry since 2000, joins her
husband in 2009 as Vice President and Creative Director of the brand SAVOY, bringing her creativity
and feminine style, as a partner of the firm.
A talent that has been awarded and recognized in international journals for her skills and ability,
industry leader, Garcia has devoted many years to the personalization of creative services and
brand presentations for various companies and clients in the U.S. and internationally. She worked
seven years as an art director at Michele Watches, a division of Fossil Inc., during which she developed
the brand positioning, identity, image and strategies. Later she worked with a fellow Latin American
distributor of watches established in Miami, in the design and implementation of the first store of
his company in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. The store sells luxury brands such as Cartier,
Montblanc, Baume & Mercier and Bulgari.
Currently she is working alongside her husband in the development of the SAVOY boutiques, selling,
promoting and managing the brand worldwide.
After two years of development, SAVOY was finally launched worldwide at the 2011 Baselworld fair
and was immediately credited as one of the most innovative design in its price category.
The watches are designed and manufactured in Switzerland and SAVOY prides itself on its lifestyle
brand, and on producing watches with a distinct, unique and recognizable look. It is a high-end
company, competing with some of the most well-known luxury watch brands worldwide, but is
likewise known for watches of style and quality with the appropriate pricing.

The warranty is for two years from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturers defects
only. The warranty does not cover batteries, water damage to the watch and movement due to
improper use, broken crystals, damaged or faded straps, lost screws, crowns, cases, or plating.
Damage to any part of the watch through normal wear and tear or by accident is not covered
under this warranty.
The warranty is void when any repair or work to the watch is done by a non authorized SAVOY
dealer. Services are not covered by the warranty and are subject to additional charges including,
but not limited to, battery changes and waterproofing.

SAVOY manufacture leather (2014), rubber an steel bracelets but if worn intensively, or exposed
to friction, perspiration and water -especially salt water- a steel bracelet or a rubber strap is
recommended. Rubber straps and metal bracelets should be cleaned frequently with mild soap
and warm water using a soft cloth. Solvents, oils, perfume, perspiration, tanning lotion and salt can
cause rubber to deteriorate or staining if not removed.

STRAP & METAL BRACELETS
SAVOY uses a mixture of high rated rubber and silicone to ensure maximum flexibility, softness on the
skin and color durability. The track design on the back of the rubber straps is meant for ventilation
and therefore comfort.
The bracelets are made from the same steel as the watch case 316L and they are plated with the
same formula as the watches.

The SAVOY patented branding feature is a perpetual statement of ingenuity. Each SAVOY watch
strap or bracelet is equipped with an oversized metal insert that is embedded as a long single
link. The rubber strap is uniquely molded to keep the natural constant curve of the wrist as well as
allowing the fixation of the inserts with four uniquely designed screws. This offers wearers versatility

performed at every stage by SAVOY facility in Mendrisio, Switzerland.

WHAT IS A QUART MOVEMENT?
A quartz movement is powered by a battery. Its regulator (time-measuring device) is a quartz crystal.
A quartz movement is an extremely reliable timekeeper that only loses a few seconds per month,
about one minute per year. The batteries for SAVOY quartz movements have a service life of at least
two years. The greatest advantage of the quartz watch is that they require fewer time adjustments
and less maintenance than mechanical or automatic watches.
WHAT IS AN AUTOMATIC MOVEMENT?
Automatic movement is a mechanical movement with a self-winding design. An automatic watch

An electrical current causes the crystal to vibrate very consistently and at a very high frequency.
harnesses the energy produced by motion to wind the spring. This movement features a rotor that
spins when the watch is in motion, as when the wearer moves his arm. The mechanism transfers the
energy from the spinning rotor to the main spring of the winding system. The watch will maintain its
power reserve if you wear it every day. If you won‘t be wearing your watch for several days at a
time, store it on a watch winder to keep it at full power. Automatics can gain or lose a few minutes
per month, so check your watch regularly and adjust the time.
MOTHER OF PEARL DIALS
A hard, iridescent thin slice of natural sea shell, including abalone, pearl oyster, and mussel that
displays a rainbow of colors as it is exposed to light. Thanks to new technologies available, SAVOY
offers mother of pearl in a array of colors.
DIAMONDS
SAVOY pays great attention to the criteria that make a diamond unique: its size, color, clarity and
weight. Each stone is verified by gemologists before being set by hand. SAVOY certifies that the
diamonds, gemstones or precious stones used in all SAVOY timepieces, are genuine and coming
from a non-conflict source. Almost all diamonds contain minute traces of non-crystallized carbon
but they are not discernible to the naked eye and require magnification to became visible. SAVOY
diamonds are cut in the traditional Brilliant style using a minimum of SI purity (small inclusions). Please
refer to each individual diamond certificate for weight, number of stones, etc.

STEEL CASE
The steel case and metal bracelets are made entirely of 316L high-grade steel. This stainless steel

polished to a very high brilliance. A synthetic sapphire crystal ranks 9 on the Moh‘s scale and can
only be scratch by a diamond. In addition, the glass is treated with five anti reflective coatings for
maximum readability and clarity.
WATER RESISTANCE
Each and every SAVOY watch has been tested individually for water-resistant according to the
SAVOY quality specifications. Rigorous manufacturing checks and strict testing ensure waterresistance to a minimum of 100m, 330ft or 10 ATM.

VISUAL MERCHANDISING GUIDELINES
A properly merchandised and non clutter watch presentation, enables the customer to clearly
see all watches in the display with a cohesive story. In order to make an impression, you have
approximately 3 seconds to make an impression of the brand. A neat and organized display, will
enhance the customer’s shopping experience and generate higher sales. SAVOY system is based
on modular units that allows the stores to always present the product visually appealing regardless
of the space available. The following steps are to be used as a guide:
1►GROUPING BY CORE FAMILY
- Larger watches should be positioned on the pillow display (6 unit) and forwards the back.
- Smaller product should be allocated on the wings and forward.
2►THEN BY COLOR FINISH
- Chromes, blacks & gun metal together.
- Rose gold, yellow gold together with 2 tone pieces.
3►WATCH BOX
- Whenever possible and as space allows, always display an open watch box with best seller model
inside.
- This is one of the most important elements of SAVOY concept.
- Place the 10 units presentation box at the front with a selection of inserts available or show them
with their individual packaging.
4►CUFF LINKS & PENS
- Place them symmetrically at the front of the vitrine.

VISUAL MERCHANDISING CHECKLIST
► Place watches so that the face is positioned at an optimal angle. Faces on all watches should
always be lined up.
► Set watches to 10:10 with all counters to zero and pull the crown out to save battery live.
► Tuck in all hang tags to create a neat appearance.
► Replace broken/missing pillows and cuffs or any other damaged components.
► Do NOT display straps or metal bracelets without inserts.
► Keep the protective tape to avoid scratches.
►Always remove costumers own watch and/or bracelets before trying on the watch to prevent
scratches on the case and to allow proper fitting.
POS & Collateral
► Use SAVOY soft cloth to clean each watch from fingerprints or dirt before returning it to the display.
