checks accepted ONLY with bank letter of guarantee.
Absentee bids accepted with 25% deposit
REMOVAL: No purchase may be removed during the auction unless otherwise announced
by the auctioneer. All items must be removed 1 hour after the auction or between 8am &
4pm Monday & Tuesday, November 24 & 25.
Announcements made by the auctioneer at the time of sale take precedence over printed
matter.
Auctioneer reserves the right to sell accessories, parts or attachments on a separate and/
or aggregate basis.

DRIVER DIRECTIONS
From northbound Hwy 522, take the NE 195th St exit. Turn right and drive east on 195th
which turns into NE N Woodinville Way approximately 5/10 mile to 144th Ave NE. Turn
left on 144th and drive north approximately 2/10 mile to the auction site, located on the
right.
From southbound Hwy 522 take the Hwy 9/Woodinville Snohomish Rd exit. Drive south on
Woodinville Snohomish Rd approximately 1 mile to NE 200th St. Turn left and drive east
on 200th approximately 3/10 mile to 144th Ave NE. Turn right and drive south on 144th
approximately 3/10 mile to the auction site, located on the left.
