CSDI is a National General Contractor based out of Boise, Idaho. With over
1,000 successfully completed projects since opening our doors in 1990, we
are experienced in a multitude of construction sectors including:
Central Fire Station. The Central Station
opened in 1903 and was home to the
Boise Fire Department. The CSDI name
is actually an acronym derived from our
early beginnings:
Central Station Development Inc.
We know that one of the most important decisions you will make for your project

As a Fire Department must act as a
team in order to be efficient, effective

CTA Architects
CSDI was awarded the CM Contract
to build the new 10 Barrel Brewery in
Boise. The Building owner was the
IDLs and the tenant was 10 Barrel
Brewery. CSDI worked closely with
both the owner, the tenant and the
design team, to plan, design, budget
and construct Idaho’s newest social
hub. This renovated building
originally housed an auto repair
shop back in 1915, but has now
been transformed into an urban style
pub and eatery. This project was
awarded the Idaho Smart Growth
award, ENR Best Projects & the
Idaho Business Review’s Top
Projects recognition and an AIA
Award of Merit.

add onto the existing Juvenile
Detention Center in Owyhee,
NV. We worked closely with
the Owner and the Bureau of
Indian Affairs to create
budgets, schedules, procure
funding and solicit the
Architectural & Engineering
team to Design-Build this
remote facility.

CSDI had to relocate an
existing restroom across the
space, remove a portion of
the 3-hour CMU wall for a
new egress door, demo and
restructure the storefront
with structural steel and
scarify the entire concrete
slab before applying the
flooring.

remodel
First wave of Wet Seal’s new
concept and design for
stores.
This remodel required Wet
Seal store to temporarily
relocate; completely
demolish the interior,
fixtures, walls, storefront,
electrical, HVAC and
systems.
Given this was a new
concept, a few ambiguities
arose; however, CSDI was
able to identify and resolve
them well before they were
in the field.
