Summer ‘09 You’ll Enjoy Peace of Mind with Renter’s Insurance Some examples of how you may be protected are… Your T.V., stereo or jewelry are stolen. Your tub overflows causing water damage. Your dinner catches fire on the stove causing smoke damage. A power surge zaps your DVD player. Someone slips on your wet kitchen floor. These examples just scratch the surface of the extensive protection that your renters insurance may provide. For more information contact: American Family Insurance - Jo Mason 262-246-8068 N64 W23316 Main Street, Sussex Seasonal Bug Sprays Are there bugs in your apartment? It is important to keep all countertops clean and clear of food. It has been found that Ortho-Home Defense from Walmart can help deter bugs from entering your apartment. When sprayed on thresholds, patio doors, windows and wood work (if applicable) can reduce bug penetration. This product is clear and dries with no powdery residue. Please read all directions carefully before use. Parking Lot Re-Surfacing We will be re-surfacing the parking lots this summer and all vehicles will need to be moved during this time. Please watch for notices in the near future for parking instructions. PAGE 4 T HE SE AS ONA L G AZE TTE S U MMER ‘09 Rent & Water Payments Rent and water payments are due on the 1st of the month.
