2015 AGA Convention Registration Form
Full Registration includes Monday Night Reception, Dinner & Entertainment; Tuesday Morning Breakfast Buffett and Business Session, Exhibit Hall Entrance, Tuesday Night Reception, Dinner & Entertainment and Wednesday Morning Breakfast.
Non-Members must purchase full registration package. No individual tickets will be offered to Non-Members. Spouse Registration includes Bingo.
For children 4-12 we are offering a Child Registration Package which will include: Monday night kids program, Tuesday
breakfast, Bingo, Tuesday night kids program and Wednesday breakfast. Monday and Tuesday night programs will run from
6pm to 10pm.
The Larry D. Eddleman Golf Classic will be at Lakewood Golf Club. We will have a shotgun scramble at 8am. Your fee includes Green Fees, Half Cart, Breakfast and Mulligans.

We will again be drawing for $5,000 worth of money at the Chairman’s Banquet on Tuesday, July 28, 2015. You do not have
to be present to win and all proceeds will go to the Alabama Grocers Education Foundation. Tickets are $50 each and can be
ordered on the back of this form.
We will be holding our Silent Auction for the Alabama Grocers Education Foundation on Monday, July 27, 2015. If you
would like to make a donation to this event, please use the reverse side of this form. The Association will allocate your funds
as they see necessary.
For those interested we will be hosting a Fairhope Shopping Excursion on Monday, July 27th. The Grand will shuttle you to
Fairhope at 11am and will return you at 3pm. We will be charging a $25 fee to hold your spot for this event. You will receive
a $25 gift card when you arrive at the tram at 11am. You must reserve your spot by June 15th and be on the 11am tram to
receive your gift card.

Taylor Hicks is one of the most beloved and popular AMERICAN IDOL winners of all time.
From the start, Hicks’ material on the mega-hit show set him apart, with a unique take on Southern
soul, R & B, country and blues. Sixty-four million votes were cast and nearly 37 million American
viewers and more than 200 million viewers worldwide tuned in to crown Hicks the Season 5 winner
