• Traffic management centres are the fundament for
mobility management in conurbation.
Conclusions
• Traffic information in advance is very useful to influence
the traffic demand. The well informed driver will adapt:
other route, other time, other destination, other mode
(public transport)
• Traffic information helps to protect the environment:
The less congestions, the less emissions.
In cooperation with intelligent traffic control.
• Public-Private Partnership (PPP) gives the chance to
create and to operate new intelligent traffic services.
