phase through design execution. The owner of Imperial Homes, Curtis Gunther, brings 20 years of
construction experience — as well as a unique perspective — to every project. His diverse background,
which includes a degree in economics, allows him to provide creative construction solutions that
complement the original vision created by the architect and interior designer.
At Imperial Homes, we especially enjoy bringing complex designs to life using high-quality materials.
Over the last 10 years we have used this approach to build more than 100 custom homes, ranging in
price from $750,000 to over $5,000,000. That adds up to roughly one million square feet of extraordinary
luxury living space in the state of Florida.
