Our story Located in an elegant open space building in Forlì, a lively town in Emilia Romagna, “Impresa Orioli Enea Spa” was set up in the Twenties by Mr Enea Orioli, a skilled masterbuilder, who started a construction business and began to maintain and enlarge farmhouses in the area of Forlì. After more than 90 years, “Impresa Orioli Enea Spa” is today one of the most reliable building companies in Emilia Romagna and it mainly operates in the fields of civil and industrial real estate development, restoration and maintenance of buildings under law protection. Road construction and urbanization works are additional areas of activity in which “Impresa Orioli Enea Spa” shows its skills and great expertise. Thanks to its reliability and to the wide range of services it offers, “Impresa Orioli Enea Spa” has managed to create a big network of customers stretching from the North to the Centre of Italy. Over the past years, customers like AGIP ENI (the Italian leading drilling company), ENEL (the Italian Electricity Management Body), and the Italian Army, which are still relying on “Impresa Orioli Enea Spa” for their biggest job commissions, have strongly contributed to the company’s success and expansion. In the early 1980’s Impresa Orioli was engaged to build Jeddah’s hospital in Saudi Arabia, together with other important Italian companies. The company has obtained many job commissions from the most important local bodies and from some of the biggest national companies, such as some of the most renowned local banks, like Unicredit, the municipalities of the Emilia Romagna region, Electrolux Zanussi Spa, one of the major European manufacturers of household appliances, and Protex Italia Spa, one of the leading companies in the sector of radioactive waste disposal and management. Moreover, the company is locally famous for the restore of “VILLA PANDOLFA” in Fiumana, near Predappio. It is an ancient, famous villa that was equipped with cellars for wine production. The lines of views, avenues and roundabout follow a soft and balanced layout looking for a dialogue with the nearby pine forest. Also viability is pictured by the green, creating walking and cycling paths. The whole project has been defined in total harmony with the existing landscape and, most of all, with the contiguous Pine Forest. It’s foliage stretches to the sea, until that thin line where the green and blue meet. Today, even though reduced, it’s a clean, green area near the beach, a real oasis of health to use for walking, sport, and to relax in the fresh air. The pine trees, with their umbrella of pine needles, are the unquestioned protagonists. It’s perfect for walking, for staying in shape, and for guided excursions. For some years now, in summer, the pine forest also offers forms of musical entertainment at sunset.
