affirmed self-nominations and through
NAHREP’s search of MLS records in key
markets with a concentration of Hispanics.
Sales production data is representative of the
2012 calendar year. Ethnic background is
confirmed through a combination of
independent research and self-attestation.
Annual transactions for those acknowledged
on this list range from 32 to 538 transactions
during the 2012 calendar year. Production
data was reviewed for more than 27,000
agents across all markets.
