Philippine Passport holders and individuals
who intend to visit in Korea are required to
secure a visa at the Embassy of the
Republic of Korea in the Republic of the
Philippines

1. Certificate of Employment
-must include applicant's position, date hired,
compensation, address, office landline number(cellphone number is not allowed), e-mail address.
2. Bank Certificate
- must include account type, current balance, account
opening date, 6 months average balance (ADB)

statements/passbook for the last 3 months

For Frequent Travellers
Only those who have travelled as tourist to
the OECD member countries within 5
years will be exempt from submitting ITR
copy and may apply at window 3 (frequent
travellers).
