Functional principle and standard equipment

The grouted bales are laid on the support for bags. After that it is
opened and pushed through strip curtains in the filling hopper.

Four rotating crusher shafts break the material into smaller pieces
and transport it to the airlock intake.

Electrical airlock feed gate
The electrical airlock feed
gate (A) makes a exact metering of the material conveying
possible. It can be controlled
with the remote control while
or between the blowing
injection processes. For maintenance it can also be moved
by a crank.

The electrical airlock feed gate (A) doses the material quantity in the
shredder (B), which ensures the fine preparation.

The cellular wheel transports the material in the lower part of the
airlock. The air flow of the high-powered turbine accelerates the
material and forwards it to the airlock outlet in the conveyor line.
Incoming air filter
Fast removable suction hood with snap-fit closing and easy
cleanable air filter insert.
Machine control
Filling hopper
The filling hopper has a big stock volume with 1000 litres.
It suffices for approx 5 - 6 bags of usual wares.
A swivelling support for bags makes depositing ,
opening and feeding of bags easy. The transparent
strip curtain reduces the dust emissions.
The dust extraction connector, on the side,
allows an active dust extraction.
The cover plate can be removed for
filling of the machine from the top.

Airlock outlet
The EM400 series is
equipped with a 75 mm airlock outlet. With a reducer
tube also 63 or 50 mm are
optionally possible. The
EM440 disposes an another gain adapter NW63
for the additional blowers.
Airlock ventilation
Increases the efficiency of the airlock
obviously and prevents actively from
stirring-up of dust in the filling hopper.

EM400: Powerful all-rounder
Mobility
The EM400 is both mobile on a vehicle or trailer and can be used
stationary. The heavy duty wheels with low rolling resistance
make the EM400 easily movable.
Dust extraction
The dust extraction connector at the filling attachment makes an
active dust extraction possible. For this purpose, an external ampl­
ifier station or the amplifier unit of the EM440 and a suction drum is
necessary.
Configuration options
Optional airlock rotational speed control
The material flow can be regulated individually with this additional option.
You have the choice to adjust the position
of the airlock feed gate or set the airlock
rotational speed with the remote control.

The remote control FFB2000-Pro in a tough
boxing increases the free moving space.
It has bidirectional radio technology with a
high transmission reliability and four radio
channels.
When required it can also be used with a
cable connection.

Amplifier unit EM440
The EM440 is equipped with two additional radial compressors to increase
the air power (see curve backside). They
are necessary for heavy and long-fibered
materials.
Bale breakage rod
The bale separating rod is mounted
behind the strip curtain and allows
simple breakage of high compressed bales. This reduces the
time for the conditioning process
and manual breakage is not
needed.
Intake air duct 90°
For the rectangular connection of a hose
to the intake hood, we offer appropriate
adapters.
Pressure relief valve
Building elements can be damaged by a too
high blowing injection pressure or the allowed installation density can be exceeded.
With different weight plates you can adjust
at which pressure the unit de-aerates.
This happens in splits of a second.
Reducer tube
With this option you can connect hoses
the NW63 (2 ½“) and NW50 (2“) directly.
Machine top adapter for bale
conditioning system
The EM400 is ideal for the bale conditioning
processing with the X-Floc GBF1050 or other
systems. We manufacture suitable adapters
for all systems.
Mounting feet
Instead of swivel and fixed castors, the
EM400 can be delivered with mounting
feet.
Cleaning
The EM400 allows cleaning of the workspace by using a suction
drum as a collecting container.
The suction drum is connected to the suction hood.
Stationary use
The full performance of the EM400 is visible in stationary filling.
In combination with the GBF1050 bale conditioning system or
another systems it becomes part of a production line for off-site
construction.
Aspiration/blowing
In combination with a fibre switch
a fast toggling between aspiration
and blowing is possible.

Blowing injection processes
The different architectural styles and construction designs require
variable methods in blowing injection.
We classify four different methods. The EM400 is an all-round
solution in this segment. There are nearly no borders in process-
ing loose insulation materials. In the following illustrations we
show the blowing injection methods and give an overview of the
­recommended applications in our comparison matrix.

The FFB2000-Pro brings the possibilities and advantages of
modern digital technology to the insulation pro. All of the
important machine settings for the insulation blowing process
can be controlled with the remote control.
Material input and air power can be adjusted according to the task.
Overpressure is reported with optical and acoustic signal. Depending on the task, dynamic pressure control and automatic deactivation can be employed. The FFB2000-Pro is compa­tible with our
M99-DS-Pro, M95, EM300, EM400/440 and EM500 insulation blowing machines. It can also be customized for machines from other
manufacturers.
The remote control is preset to work with our insulation blowing
machines. However the machine type can be easily changed in the
parameter mode.
Transmitter and receiver unit interchange digital signals with bidirectional radio technology. That means signal validations are interchanged and so assures interference-free operation. The receiver
only acts upon orders which have been validated. The remote will
not send new orders until validation is received. Four radio channels
give the opportunity to have parallel operation of several machines.
They also give alternatives on building
sites with multiple interference
sources (cranes or concrete
pumps).
In the case of flat batteries or
interference, the remote can
be connected with a cable to
control the machine.
