Welcome to EXPO REAL 2009
Dear visitors,
we would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to
EXPO REAL 2009, the 12th International Commercial Property
Exposition. In order to make it as convenient as possible for
you to get to and from the trade fair, we have compiled an overview of the major transport links.
As you may have to wait for a taxi in peak times, we have compiled an overview of alternative methods of transport. This year,
EXPO REAL is again offering an expanded hotel shuttle service.
From 5–7 October, the shuttle buses will travel every 30 minutes
between more than 100 hotels and the Munich trade fair venue.
The price is included in all tickets and exhibitor passes.

ARRIVING BY PLANE
Airport shuttle
During EXPO REAL, a shuttle bus will run between the airport
and the New Munich Trade Fair Centre. The buses will travel
every 30 minutes directly to the Main North Entrance.
Prices:
EUR 7 for a single ticket
EUR 12 for a return ticket
Times:
Airport to trade fair:
Monday/Tuesday: 8:00–19:00, every 30 minutes
Wednesday: 8:00–18:00, every 30 minutes
Travel time approx. 45 minutes.
The shuttle bus stops are located directly in front of Terminal 1,
Areas A and Z (Central Area) and Terminal 2.
Trade fair to airport:
Monday/Tuesday: 9:30–20:00, every 30 minutes
Wednesday: 9:30–19:00, every 30 minutes
Travel time approx. 45 minutes.
The shuttle bus stop is located directly in front of the
Main North Entrance to EXPO REAL.

ARRIVING BY CAR
Low emission zone
Compulsory stickers within the city
As of 2008, all motor vehicles must purchase an “emissions sticker”
in order to enter the low emission zone in Munich city centre.
The venue for EXPO REAL is located outside of this zone. However,
if your hotel is located within the low emission zone or you
are planning a trip to the city centre, then you will need a sticker.

HOTEL SHUTTLE
During EXPO REAL, from 5 to 7 October 2009, there will be a regular
hotel shuttle service to the trade fair venue. The buses will run every
30 minutes from 7:00 in the morning from 120 hotels in Munich city
centre and the suburbs to EXPO REAL and until 20:00 in the evening
from the trade fair to the hotels.
