Gessner Industries provides a range of Loftness mulcher
models to the Australian cotton growing industry for postharvest crop residue management. The models offered
by Gessner cater for 4 row, 6 row and 8 row width
configurations. With field proven performance facilitated by
designs which minimise jamming and clogging, the Loftness
mulchers distributed by Gessner Industries are the most
efficient and effective residue management solutions on
the market.

• 1000 RPM PTO.
• 280HP Gearbox.
• Rotors driven from both ends via heavy duty V-Belts; 4 on 156
and 180 models, and 6 on 250-300 and 350 models.
• Rotor Speed: 2000 RPM.
• Hard-surfaced cotton flails.
• Self-cleaning mulcher domes.
• Turnbuckles which allow precision height setting.
• Linkage options including fully mounted three-point-linkage, semimounted three point linkage and trailing hitch.
