We have every type of camp gear to help your child have a great experience at
Telluride Academy camp. All package items listed are available for sale.
We also rent backpacks, sleeping bags, and sleeping pads.
Please feel free to contact one of our friendly staff members to
facilitate a custom tailored package for your child’s camp adventure.

Daypack:
Day Camp Checklist
Daypack- The North Face, Kelty, and Camelbak day packs in kids sizes.
Lunch- pails and satchels for packing a great lunch.
Water bottles- Kleen Kanteen stainless steel bottles, Camelbak packs and bottles,
and Sigg kid bottles in a variety of sizes and colors.
Snacks- Tram Bars, Clif Bars and fruit snacks, Pro Bars, Ricky’s Lucky Nuts and
a variety of energy drinks for healthy and energetic snacks.
Raincoat- The North Face, Mountain Hardware and Marmot rain jackets and pants.
We have kids sized ponchos as well.
Extra Shoes- Keen or Chaco water shoes that are great for short hikes or
playing in the rivers, lakes, and ocean.
Bathing Suit- Patagonia and The North Face bathing suits for boys and girls.
Warm Fleece or Synthetic top- The North Face, Mountain Hardware or
Icebreaker layers for cool summer temperatures in the mountains.
Sunscreen- Beyond Coastal and Kiss My Face natural sunscreens that are
also waterproof for long days in the sun and water.
Insect repellent- Kiss My Face, Burt’s Bees, and Bug Band insect repelling bands
and wipes to keep those bugs at bay.

Warm Hat- Kids warm hats in a variety of styles and colors.
Warm gloves- Cloudveil and Patagonia fleece gloves.
Warm Pants- Mountain Hardware, Icebreaker, Patagonia, and Spyder fleece
and synthetic pants to ward off the cold mountain air.
2 Pairs Shorts- Patagonia, The North Face, and Mountain Hardware shorts for boys and girls.
2 T-shirts- Fun Patagonia and The North Face prints
1 pair long pants- The North Face and Mountain Hardware pants for hiking,
climbing, biking and playing in the outdoors.
2 pairs warm socks- Socks for long hikes, biking, and playing in the elements
from Bridgedale and Sock Guy
1 pair comfortable sneakers- Hiking shoes and boots from Keen, The North Face,
and Merell that can be worn at camp and beyond!
Sandals/H2O shoes- Keen or Chaco water shoes that are great for short hikes or
playing in the rivers, lakes and ocean.
Bowl, cup, spoon and fork- plastic or recycled rubber bowls and plates as well as bamboo
or recycled plastic cutlery (we have sporks that are shaped like beetles and butterflies)!
Medium pack- Kelty packs designed for kids.
Synthetic or Down Sleeping bag- Kelty or Marmot sleeping bags for kids.
Sleeping pad- Sleep well outside with a Therma-Rest or Kelty inflatable sleeping pad.
Wide-mouth water bottles- Kleen Kanteen 40 oz. bottles in a variety of colors.
Insulated cups for hot drinks- Fun cups with carabineer for a handle to
clip on your backpack.
