Sparkling Brut CHARACTERISTICS Varietal Composition: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir y Sauvignon Blanc. Yield: 12 - 15 ton/ha. VINIFICATION Grapes were pressed without maceration. The first fermentation was carried out between 15° and 17°C. The second fermentation was conducted in pressurized temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, between 13° and 16°C for 18-25 days (Charmat method). The resulting sparkling wine remained 3 months in contact with yeasts before bottling. TASTING NOTES Colour: Pale straw yellow colour, with greenish hues. Aroma: Strong fruity character, with green apple, white peach, melon and toasted aromas. Flavour: Fresh and flavoursome, juicy and persistent. PAIRING SUGGESTIONS Great aperitif wine or serve with ginger based dishes, seafood and sautéed vegetables. Service Temperature: 7°C. www.misionesderengo.cl
