Access to the exhibit area starts at 9:00 am and set up must be done by 4 pm. Decorator - Blue Chip Expo is the exhibitor decorator. Information on ordering materials for your booth will be forwarded by them in early May. Contact Blue Chip Expo for more information at 843-681-4545. Booth Contents - Each 8 x 10 foot exhibit booth will be 8 feet deep and 10 feet wide with 3 feet high side dividers. Included with each booth is standard booth drapery, one draped 6’ table, two chairs, a sign, and a waste basket. Control - Blue Chip Expo, and the National Association of Independent Insurance Adjusters (NAIIA), shall not be responsible for loss, damage or injury that may occur prior, during or subsequent to the period covered by the exhibit contract and the exhibitor upon signing contract expressly releases NAIIA and Blue Chip Expo and agrees to indemnify same against any and all claims for such loss, damages or injury. NAIIA prohibits exhibits which because of noise, method of operation, booth contents, failure to comply with the above provisions or, for any other reason, become objectionable or otherwise detracts from or are out of keeping with the exposition as a whole. NAIIA reserves the right to discontinue the exhibit without exhibit fee refund. This reservation includes persons, things and content of printed material. Fees - Exhibit fees are $1,395. This includes a full registration for one person. Additional exhibitors are $200 each and includes the opening reception on Thursday and brunch on Friday. Additional exhibitor theme night tickets are $125 and additional exhibitor banquet tickets are $115. Sponsorship Fees - There are packages that will include exhibit booths as well as the scheduled evening events. See the sponsorship page for further details. Refund Policy - Full refund less $100 service fee if cancelled prior to March 1, 2016. 50% refund if cancelled prior to April 1, 2016. NO refunds if cancelled after April 1, 2016. Golf • Entertainment Information Pine Lakes Course Par 72 - 6,802 yards, 18 Holes Pine Lakes and Indian Mound share several attributes because of their side by side setting, with Pine Lakes being a little more modern in terms of its bunkers, and Indian Mound getting much of its challenge from undulating greens. Due to the fact that golf course architect Joe Lee had a hand in both layouts, sand will be a serious factor. Fairway bunkers are generally a modest concern off the tee, with Clyde Johnston’s renovations on Pine Lakes making them more in play for the longer hitters. Lee mixes up his green side bunker pattern on both designs increasing the need for accurate approach shots. The course will make the determination as to which course we play based on course conditions at the time of our tournament. Guests will enjoy the sights, sounds, lore, and legend about Jekyll Island. The tour will cover an overview of the island including the Historic District. Guest will also learn about the eco-system of the island and how it plays an important role past and present. The experience continues as the group arrives at the Jekyll Island Club for a private luncheon. After lunch the group will enjoy a guided tour of the Historic Jekyll Island Club prior to returning to the hotel.
