1. E-Ticket Refund Application

2. Enter Ticket Number
Enter your 10 digit ticket number to be refunded, and then click the Search button to retrieve ticket details
Please note: Do not include the airline prefix (i.e. QF 081) when entering the ticket number

Tickets issued by Express Ticket will display sector details (refer to screen 1 above).
Tickets processed by Express Ticketing office not using Express Ticket will display a warning box
(refer to screen 2 over the page)
3. Select Refund Type
A.
Full Refund (i.e. refunding ALL coupons)
HANDY HINT:
Ensure the passenger name retrieved matches the passenger you are trying to refund.

Partial Refund
If you select partial refund, select the sectors to be refunded (screen 1) OR enter the sectors to be refunded in
the Notes area IF THE TICKET WAS NOT ISSUED via Express Ticket.

4. Select Reason For Refund
HANDY HINTS:
You can add additional refund instructions at any time.
If your refund involves an authority, waiver or is a duplicate, enter all details in the “Notes” box.
HANDY HINTS:
If you select medical or death as the reason, the Browse/Upload buttons will appear. You can then upload copies
of supporting documents from your PC to your refund request.
If you select other reason, a text box will drop down to enter a reason for the request.
5. Submit
Click on Submit to forward your request to your local Express Ticketing Office Refunds Department.
A confirmation email will be forwarded to your Express advice email address.
