the Arabian Racing Cup which helps us
achieve our goals in national and
international promotion of breeding and
racing purebred Arabian horses. The highest
caliber and most respected sires are selected
and offered for your consideration, and we
appreciate the generous donation of these
breedings by the stallion owners.
The Darley Awards were founded by the Arabian
Racing Cup in 1987. This distinguished annual
ceremony recognizes the most outstanding
racehorses, jockeys, owners, trainers and breeders
of the Arabian horse community. In 2012, the event
joined together with the HH Sheikha Fatima Bint
Mubarak Darley Awards under the patronage of the
HH Sheikh Mansoor Bin Zayed Al Nahayan Global
Arabian Flat Racing Festival.
Arabian Racing Cup celebrates its 32nd year of
creating prestigious programs to highlight the
Arabian horse, and 28 years of awarding the best in
Purebred Arabian Horse Racing through the Darley
Awards. The Darleys are named for the Darley
Arabian of the 1700s, one of three foundation sires
of the thoroughbred racehorse. An Arabian horse of
substantial beauty and re nement, he was to
become the most in uencial sire in the history of
modern racing.
Breedings won are delivered under the
standard breeding contract of each individual
stallion owner or donor without amendment.
Winning bid covers semen only, and any costs
which may include but not limited to
collection, shipping, insemination, mare care
or any other in accordance with the Stallion´s
individual contract are assumed by the
winning bidder. Conception or foal
guarantees, if any, may be extended solely by
the owner or donor. ARC makes no warranties
or guarantees for any stallion breedings and
does not coordinate delivery of the breedings.
Breedings must be used in the 2015 breeding
season unless otherwise stated by the stallion
owner.
Payment is due upon closing of the Auction
and must be paid to the Arabian Racing
Cup the night of bidding. Credit
