REMINDERS:
For Administrative and Logistical concern, TOM 2013 will only
accommodate 550 cyclists this year.
Requirements:
1. Completely filled ENTRY FORM and SIGNED WAIVER
2. A copy of any VALID ID showing the rider’s birth date or age.
3. A copy of PASSPORT for foreign participants.
4. Proof of PAYMENT
*** Very important: It is the rider’s responsibility to enter in their corresponding
correct category. Any rider caught not declaring his/her correct information, most
specially age, will be automatically disqualified from the race along with the whole
team.

b. downloading a copy from Tour of Matabungkay facebook account
c. downloading from www.matabungkay.net
d. downloading from PECA or PCN yahoo egroups
STEP 2
Completely fill in entry form. Register as a team according to your TEAM
TIME TRIAL entry. (To qualify as a team, there should be a minimum of 3
riders and maximum of 9). However, individual (privateers) are also
accepted.
STEP 3
Sign Waiver at the bottom right hand corner of the entry form.

This is an amateur cycling race. STRICTLY NO LOCAL PROs are allowed.

OPEN CATEGORY
- Cyclists age 24 and below upon registration
- Local Ex-pro who are no longer active in the pro tour for 10
years
- Foreign Riders with UCI license
- Those who wants to vie for the highest individual award

CHAMPION (should race in all five stages)
- Filipino riders who wants to vie for the prestigious award TOUR
OF MATABUNGKAY PINOY RIDER OF THE YEAR (should race in

25-35 AGE CATEGORY
- Cyclists who are within 25-35 years of age upon registration

36-45 AGE CATEGORY
- Cyclists who are within 36-45 years of age upon registration

46 -55 AGE CATEGORY
- Cyclists who are 46 -55 years of age upon registration

Release at the start line will be in two waves (depending on final number of
riders) with 10-minute interval.
Wave 1: Open, 25-35, 36-45
Wave 2: 46 -55, 56 and above, Women’s
*** Very important: It is the rider’s responsibility to enter in their

REMINDERS:
Same race route and distance shall apply to all categories.
For Team Time Trial, finish time of the 3rd man shall be the rest of the
team’s official time as long as they cross the finish line in one group.
Team members who arrive at the finish line separate from the group
will have their actual time as their official finish time. Members who
failed to finish will be tagged as DNF and will not be able to vie for any
individual GC awards.
Teams (both for men and women’s) can field in as many teams as
they want for the Team Time Trial. In order to qualify to be a team,
there should be a minimum of 3 riders and maximum of 9.
Teams can combine cyclists from various age categories to form a
team.

SUPPORT VEHICLES AND FEEDING STATIONS
All support vehicles should be registered and flagged.
No support vehicles are allowed to convoy any rider.
There are feeding stations strategically located throughout the race route.
Team support crew who wish to provide hydration, gels, food to any rider
should have their vehicles parked and should hand out from the side streets.
Rider/s protest must be forwards first to the commissaire panel. Rider’s
protest regarding rule violation must be clearly written. Accompanied by a
fee of P3,000.00 or 75 U.S. dollars within the 15 minutes after the results
have been posted. Riders who fail to submit a written report and pay the
protest will not be entertained.
Decision will be made within 1 hour after filing of the protest. Race
management’s decision is final.
ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS
Participating teams and individual riders must accomplish all administrative
and official requirements prescribed by the organizer.
The organizer in consultation with the officiating panel have the right to
penalize, expel or remove erring persons from the race such as: improper
behavior, act of vandalism or violence, dishonesty and their acts inimical to
the interest of the organizer, sponsors and good image of sporting events.
