family-owned restaurant in Westlake is the perfect venue for any private lunch, dinner, networking
event or rehearsal dinner.
Known as the “hidden jewel” of Westlake, Las Palomas Restaurant-Bar has successfully won the hearts
and palates of a discerning clientele - as well as awards and rave reviews from Austin’s premier
publications - as Austin’s favorite source for quality Interior Mexican cuisine. Since 1983, we have been
honored to have shared in the family celebrations of scores of our patrons!
Our artfully decorated dining rooms and flexible special event spaces can accommodate your needs;
from a small dinner to a reception for up to 45 people. We offer a warm and casually elegant setting to
suit your style and the event that you and your friends and family are planning. Customized menus for
hors d’oeuvres buffets, dinner buffets or seated dinners will fit your plans and your budget.

distinctive Interior Mexican cuisine in a sophisticated yet relaxed atmosphere. Sourcing the
freshest and highest quality regional ingredients available, Las Palomas uses treasured family

Founded by retired diplomat Javier Corona and his wife, Amelia, in 1983, Las Palomas is now led by

Las Palomas features artfully decorated dining rooms, a peaceful patio, full bar, flexible special
event spaces and a wonderful space to accommodate live music (for full-restaurant events) in our
relaxed and refined atmosphere.
We offer a private and semi-private room for your special occasions and gatherings of up to 45
people where we can assure that everything from the food to the lighting and silverware is perfect.
Our goal is to provide you and your guests with excellent food, beverages, and service, in a relaxed
and affordable setting.

Semi-Private Room: This intimate space seats up to 15 guests during lunch or dinner
hours, perfect for an intimate shower, “meet-the-new-in-laws” lunch or small rehearsal
dinner!

Private Room: With the ability to accommodate groups up to 45 guests during lunch or
dinner hours, this room is ideal for receptions, buffet meals or seated dinners. Parties over
45 will include an adjacent room connected to the private room. Ideal for receptions, buffet

Following are a few of our most popular sample catering menus to give you an idea of the type of
events we may put together.
We are happy to customize based on your preference, and can easily accommodate vegetarian
options and dietary restrictions (gluten free) as our extensive menu is heavily weighted in seafood.
Local favorites include our signature Chile Relleno, Salmon al Chipotle, Cochinita Pibil, Mole
Poblano, Steak Chimichurri, Fish Veracruzano, Chicken Pecan and Seafood Paella which all reflect a
blend of Mexico’s indigenous foods with the flavors and subtle spices of European and South
American cuisines.
We also pride ourselves on our premium Margaritas, made with fresh lime juice and top shelf


We offer Margaritas, wine, beer and a full
service bar.

You may set a limit for the bar to fit your
budget.

Upon request, we can present a bar tab
separate from the food.

We do not offer a cash bar or individual
payments.
Specialty Margaritas

Margaritas can be served by the glass or
by the pitcher (approximate six drinks).

We offer house Margaritas as well as top
shelf with a variety of premium tequilas
and our signature Las Palomas
Margaritas.
Wine Barrel Program
We offer customized barrels (with your logo)
of two red wines handcrafted by The Austin
Winery from small-lot wines sourced from a
careful selection of California’s finest
vineyards. Available blends are: Voilet
Crown (80% Grenache, 20% Syrah) or Old
Vine Zinfandel, (90% Zinfandel, 10% Petit
Syrah).
A single barrel has the capacity for 9 liters
(12 bottles) of wine and dispenses by-theglass with minimal oxidation, so no wine goes
to waste and may be enjoyed for up to 4
weeks. Inquire about pricing.
Beer

We have an assortment of domestic and
imported premium beers available by the
bottle.
Guidelines

If a pre-determined budget for the Bar has not been
established at the time of signing the contract, you
will be charged for Actual Consumption. Meaning,
you will be charged for the exact number of drinks
consumed during your event, i.e., 50 drinks +price
per drink = total bill.

A deposit is required to book each room/event
after confirmation of availability by Las
Palomas Management.
Dinner 5:00 pm – 9:30 pm (10:00 pm
Friday and Saturday)

Las Palomas is normally closed Sunday
and Monday, but may be opened
exclusively for your event anytime
between 11:00am and 10:00pm with a
three hour maximum.
