camp filled with outdoor activities. Base
Camp Day gives everybody a chance to
try out some of the many activities, most
of them free of charge – via ferrata, hiking,
aerial assault course, paragliding etc.
Professionals teach you the basics of their

This year again, more than 1,000 runners will take one of three routes
through the majestic Fiz mountain range :
-Tour des Fiz – Huit refuges: 61 km / 5,000 m D+
-Tour des Cinq Refuges : 30 km / 2,300 m D+
-Balcon des Fiz – Mont-Blanc Radio Trophy: 22 km / 1,500 m D+
So there’s something for everybody, from the most experienced runner
to the complete beginner – not forgetting your support team and
families!
