A fully owned venture, Al Khozama’s

Thanks to this support, Al Khozama has been
able to take a pioneering approach. It has
led to the country’s first ‘city within a city’
complex – incorporating Saudi Arabia’s first

Al Faisaliah Hotel and Al Faisaliah Mall. In
Al Faisaliah Centre, Al Khozama operates
the pre-eminent retail and office complex

2000 and over the years it has substantially

Al Khairia Tower – Riyadh
Adjacent to the Al Faisaliah Centre, this 14 storey creation was the first

of the world-renowned King Faisal Foundation, established in 1976 to
continue the philanthropic missions of King Faisal after his passing. From
