Prof. Hannes Läubin / trumpet (GER - Munich)
Born 1958 years. The first trumpet lessons gained from his father. He studied with Prof. Robert Bodenrödera in Freiburg at
the Music Academy. He has won several competitions, also 2nd place in 1974 competition "Concertino Praga". 1976 won
third Trumpet position in NDR Sinfonieorchester Hamburg, where two years later he became 1. Principal Trumpet Player
position. 1992 obtained a place of Professor at the Music Academy in Stuttgart. Since 1995, he is Principal Trumpet player
from Bayerische Rundfunk Orchestra in Munich. He has been a member of the German Brass Ensemble. As a soloist, playing
at many festivals and with orchestras. Since 1996 Professor at the Music Academy in Munich. 2003. was a member of the
jury at the world's most prestigious ARD competition.

Vjeran Ježek / trumpet (CRO - Munich)
Born in 1979. in Zagreb. Elementary and secondary school he attended in Varazdin with prof. Darko Navoj. He study in
Zagreb with Prof. Stanko Selak. The study continues in Innsbruck with prof. Erich Rinner. Recorded performances with
IJOA Bayreuth, Junge Oesterreichische Philharmonie, and others. After that she attended and Masterklass study in Munich
under Professor. Hannes Laeubina. As a solo trumpeter, his first audition, gets a place in the orchestra in Karlsruhe. Later
cooperate and work in orchestras Staatsoper Munich, Muenchner Symphoniker, Bach Collegium Munich, Tiroler Festspieler Erl, and as a solo trumpeter in Philharmoniusche Orchester des Theater Plauen / Zwickau. In addition to numerous solo
concerts, and holds seminars all over europe. Produced by Aquarius Records recorded his first classical solo CD.

Ulrich Haider / horn (GER - Munich)
In September 1993 at the age of 22, Ulrich was successful in securing the position of assistant solo horn player in the
Munich Philharmonic Orchestra. From the start he was actively involved in the development of the orchestra and he soon
became a member of the orchestra committee. He played an active part in the creation of a new image for the orchestra.
Ten years ago, after the birth of his children he recognized the importance of eduction in classical music. He became a
member of the team.Spielfeld Klassik' responsible for classical education projects, and he has personally initiated several
important projects. A long experience in the orchestra has made it possible for him to explore new musical possibilities at
the highest level.

Fritz Winter / trombone, euphonium (GER - Munich)
Fritz Winter was born in Wolnzach (Bavaria). He was junior student at the Leopold Mozart Conservatory in Augsburg with
Prof. Hans-Jörg Profanter. Afterwords he studied trombone at the Academy of Music Munich with Prof. Michael Stern.
After the Academy he finishes Masterclass in Munich. During this time, Fritz Winter played several solo concerts for bavarian radio and television. He was the guest of the Munich Radio Orchestra, the Munich Symphony Orchestra, the Bavarian
State Orchestra and the Munich Philharmonic Orchestra From 1993 to 1994 he is principal trombonist associate with the
Philharmonic Orchestra Augsburg. Since 1994 he is principal trombonist of the Staatstheater am Gärtnerplatz. He is the
member of the German Brass ensemble.

Prof. Dirk Hirte / tuba (GER - Karlsruhe)
Dirk Hirthe was born in 1984 in Freiburg- Breisgau. He was the young student of Prof.George A. Monch at the University of
Music in Freiburg. He continued his studies with Professor Jens Björn-Larsen at the University for Music and Theater in
Hannover.Since 2008, he has been tubist with the State Orchestra of Baden, and is regularly invited as guest to various
symphony and opera orchestras in Germany including the Bavarian Opera Orchestra, the Museum Orchestra of Frankfurt
and the SWR Radio Symphony Orchestra in Baden-Baden Freiburg.Dirk Hirthe has been teaching tuba and wind ensemble
chamber music at the Karlsruhe Conservatory since 2011.
This year, 2015, he was promoted to Professor of Tuba at the Karlsruhe Conservatory and has been active giving masterclasses throughout Europe.As soloist, he has appeared with the many German Orchestra. He is Artist the Miraphone
Company.

Jurica Rukljić / tuba, brass ansamble (CRO- Zagreb)
Born in 1981. Varazdin. Elementary and secondary music education in Galzbenoj school in Varaždin on the tube with prof.
Stephen Rukljić. He continued his education at Univerzitetuu Graz with prof. Josef Meierhofer. At the same University
master's degree in 2007. As a soloist and mentor participates worldwide. He has played with the Zagreb Philharmonic,
Orchestra HNK Zagreb, Grazer Symphonie Orchester, Wiener Jeunesse Orchetser, Austrian Brass Band, Brass Gerrman and
others. Since October 2007 he has been a member of the Symphony Orchestra of the HRT. Produced by Aquarius Records
recorded his first classical solo CD.

Sebastian Peschke
Sebastian Peschke is a psychologist (M.Sc.) and musicologist (M.A.) whose work includes training, coaching, and psychological care of professional musicians, focussing on mental control, practice methods and music performance anxiety. He is
also doing research within these areas at the University of Music and Performing Arts Munich. Moreover, he runs a practice
as a non-medical practitioner of psychotherapy. His music background includes studies at the Drummer's Focus Munich,
vocal training and choral conducting. Together with Till Heine (solo bassoonist of the Munich Radio Orchestra) and
Matthias Höfer (Solo Bass clarinetist of the Bayreuth Festival Orchestra and Frankfurter Opern- and Museumsorchester) he
is running workshops on effortless excellence for musicians since 2007.
SPECIAL PROGRAM:
»Being good when it counts« Being good when it counts is crucial for professionalism of musicians. At the same time, many
even well experienced professional musicians are struggling with music performance anxiety or are not quite sure, how
they can ensure to deliver a top performance when it counts. In this workshop we are going to cover some essential
psychological know-how to master challenging performance situations. We focus on basics of mental control for music
performance, music performance anxiety, performing under pressure and effortless excellence.
