OCEAN MASTER DD120 BILGE PUMPS
The choice are two types: Model DD120M is approved by the
Department of Trade and Industry as a lifeboat pump.
It has handwheels mounted on swivel arms, and is otherwise
the same as Model DD120A pump, where the handwheels
are mounted on long studs.
The large solids handling ability of the
DD120 pumps make them ideal for bilge
and for holding tank pump out.

BO’SUN MKII SD90 BILGE PUMP
The Bo’sun MKII bilge pump has a flow rate of 95 ltrs/min (21 imp gals) and a unique cover seal
and locking arrangement allowing quick access to the pumping chamber (no tools required) which
makes it the ideal pump for bilge water or toilet pump out.
The sturdy aluminium and nylon body combined with the nitrile rubber diaphragm, valves and seal
means that the pump can also be used on lubricating fuel oils. Suctions lifts of up to 7m and
delivery heads of up to 5m.
The pump body can be turned 180º to reverse the flow. The handle can be positioned for deck,
bulkhead, or underdeck mounting all of which makes for easy installation.

The Bailer Pump provides an easy way to bail your boat. A versatile pump as the hose fits on the outlet
or inlet to suit your best position. The pump is made of uPVC, nitrile seals and supplied with 1 metre of
spiral reinforced hose. Designed to pump water with suspended solids like sand and suitable for diesel
transfer, the Bailer Pump will have many applications.

SEMI-ROTARY AND BILGE PUMPS
These pumps are suitable for the handling of clear and light liquids such as water, petrol, diesel and all fuels,
paraffin, alcohol, light chemical solutions, edible oils etc. and are the only hand pumps safe for use with very
hot liquids - up to 80ºC (176ºF).
• Reinforced inlet, discharge and lugs - prevent breakage even if subjected to rough treatment
• The tapered internal body - this unique technological advantage assures

Twist and Lock Fittings
Standard Speedfit Fittings have a collet with stainless steel teeth to grip
the pipe and an ‘O’ ring to provide a permanent leakproof seal.
Collet clips and collet covers protect against accidental disconnection.
The additional benefit of Twist and Lock Fittings is that a twist of a screwcap
locks the pipe in position and gives greater compression on the ‘O’ ring for
even greater security.

squarely with a pipe cutter
(do not use a hacksaw)
and remove any burrs or
sharp edges.
For plastic tube the use of a
pipe insert is recommended as it
gives greater rigidity to the pipe
reducing the risk of leaks if a side
load is applied.

2. Push pipe up to stop. An ‘O’ ring on the head of the pipe insert, as well as
the shape of the stem provides a secondary seal against the bore of the
fitting, this together with the main ‘O’ ring ensures a good connection.
TO DISCONNECT
TECHNICAL INFORMATION:
• Ensure that the system is depressurised.
• The screwcap on Twist and Lock fitting will need to turned
back to the unlocked position.
• Push the collet square against the face of the fitting by
using fingers or with the help of our collet release tool.
• With the collet held in position the pipe can be removed.
• The fitting can be reused again without the need for
replacement parts.

Pipes:
Speedfit fittings can be used with: Copper pipe to BS EN 1057 and Speedfit Barrier

tube the use of an internal tube support is recommended.

Burst Pressures (fittings)
With copper or plastic pipe at 20°C: Speedfit fittings used with copper or Speedfit

be used on an uncontrolled heat source.

The new range of Aquafax copper calorifiers are available in single and twin coil, in both vertical and horizontal
options. They are supplied with spray foam insulation, fitted immersion heater plug with gasket and a 3 bar
pressure relief valve. We can supply an optional 240V ACX 1kW immersion heater.

• One Switch Control Panel: After use of the toilet, pressing the pushbutton
starts a completely automatic flushing cycle as in a normal W.C.
• Two Switch Control Panel: In stage 1 the empty bowl fills with clean
water & in stage 2 the waste is expelled leaving the bowl empty &
clean. The cycle is completely automatic, & easy to use. Stage 2 is
usable for liquid waste only, thus reducing water consumption.
• Both panels can indicate when the holding tank is full, if used with a
tank sensor (optional extra), enabling the user to
clear the foul tank out as necessary.

three basic models, standard and premium electric-powered or
manual, the Johnson Pump AquaT™ marine toilet has been
designed to meet virtually every conceivable lavatory
installation situation onboard.

This hot air unit can be used for both hot cabin
heating and windscreen demisting. Designed on the
same principle as a vehicle heater but larger and to
marine material specification for connection to your
closed circuit fresh water cooling system.
As heat loss in pipes from engine is negligible the
unit is best sited near to the cabin. Universal
mounting normally below engine header tank.
The radiator, fan and electric motor are housed in
rectangular S/S body. Remote external air supply
can by used by S/S adaptor which fits rear of heater
to take 2 x 89mm ID ducting, as illustrated right.
