Over $150 in prizes available to participants of the costume contest. There are both individual and group costume categories. A costume is
not required, but strongly encouraged. German costumes are preferred and tasteful costumes are mandatory. Anyone sporting a costume
considered obscene or offensive will be ejected from the event. Door prizes given away all day for participants. Must be present to win.

The undersigned acknowledges that participating in the Oktoberfest 2K is voluntary and I am voluntarily participating. I
am of legal drinking age and I understand that there are risks involved in this activity, especially if drinking alcohol. I
hereby release the Oshkosh Oktoberfest 2K, its director, volunteers, and race officials, Oshkosh Festivals Inc., and
RunAway Shoes from any and all liability whatsoever, including all claims, demands, or causes of action of every nature
which arise out of or are in any way connected with the Oktoberfest 2K Bier Run. I agree to indemnify and hold
harmless the above-mentioned parties in the event of any injury to myself in the Oktoberfest 2K caused by an accident
or otherwise. I have read the foregoing Release and Indemnity, understand its terms and freely and voluntarily sign the
same.
