creation in 2001, we continue to support parents’ increased desire

Our 2015 catalogue welcomes the arrival of the Knight’s Castle,
a perfect match for the popular Princess Castle. Embroidered
with bats, toadstools and creepy crawlies, your brave knight will
enjoy many hours preparing for battle and slaying the dragon. We
have also introduced the versatile Natural Multi-Stripe Wigwam to
our collection, suitable for any setting or colour scheme.
Using traditional weaving and dying techniques, our highly talented
and dedicated partners in India hand embroider and appliqué our
products with amazing skill and precision. This special charm is
what makes each item truly unique.

Ways to Pay We accept all major credit and debit cards and payment by cheque. Please make cheques payable to The
Win Green Trading Company Ltd and please include your home address and cheque card number on the back. Cheques
can take up to 14 days to clear so cheque orders will take longer to process than credit card orders.
Delivery and Postage Rates We gladly ship worldwide. We aim to dispatch orders the following day. Please
allow 3 to 5 working days for your goods to arrive within the UK and US. Our postage rates depend on the overall
weight of your order. Within the UK, postage starts at £3.50 for one small item i.e. bunting or door stop. Larger
accessories are sent by courier for £5.50 i.e. floor quilt or toy bag. All playhouses and bean bags are £7.95. Please contact
us if you have any queries about the cost of your delivery. For deliveries outside mainland UK, please call us for a quotation.
Our Guarantee Win Green aims to supply products of the highest quality. If you are not entirely satisfied with any product
received you can return unused items within 14 days for a full refund or exchange. Unfortunately we cannot refund or
exchange used or customer damaged items. With the exception of faulty goods, return postage cannot be refunded and
we will not give refunds until the goods have been received back. Returned items must be in their original packaging. For
damaged or faulty goods we will either refund you in full (cost of goods, postage costs and return postage) or replace the
item and refund your postage costs. When returning goods we recommend using registered mail as we cannot be responsible
for goods that do not reach us.

The Smallprint All our products have been fully tested to comply with the European Safety Standards and carry the CE
mark. Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications were correct at the time of going to
print. All sizes are approximate. Whilst we make every effort to reproduce the colours of the products correctly, slight variations
may occur during the manufacturing process. All of our fabrics are hand-woven and our products are hand-made, so they
may vary slightly. Prices are inclusive of VAT and are correct at the time of printing. Whilst we make every effort to ensure
