Belize investment bearing fruit for BHL Group
THE BHL GROUP’S investment in Citrus Products of
Belize Limited (CPBL) continues to bear fruit for the local
beverage conglomerate.
Collaboration between BHL subsidiary, the Pine Hill Dairy (PHD) and
CPBL has resulted in the launch of a new addition to PHD’s portfolio,
the Caribbean Pride range of premium juices. Caribbean Pride is
produced and packaged by Valley Manufacturing, a full subsidiary of
CPBL, under the PineHill brand.
Made with the finest citrus fruits from CPBL’s groves in the Stann Creek
Valley of Belize, the Caribbean Pride family of premium juices features
Not From Concentrate (NFC) Juices, 100% Natural Juices and a Pink
Grapefruit Juice Drink.
PHD’s Managing Director Clyde Gibson said, “Caribbean Pride is the
culmination of dialogue between CPBL and PineHill on the creation of a
range of premium juices which would appeal to consumers. PineHill
continues to be major contributor to the BHL Group’s export portfolio
and it is our expectation that Caribbean Pride will be sold across the
Caribbean and Central America, as well as in the USA and the UK.”
Caribbean Pride features NFC Orange and Grapefruit Juice, from
concentrate Sweetened and un-sweetened Orange and Grapefruit Juice,
along with a Grapefruit Juice Drink.
Sampling sessions will be conducted at supermarkets across the island to
introduce Barbadians to the natural flavour of the Caribbean Pride range
of premium citrus juices.
