DAY 1 A SWEET TASTE OF MILAN
The best Italian-style coffee at
“Sugar” Pastry Shop in Milan
Sugar is a delicious new pastry shop in the
leafy boulevard of Via Vincenzo Monti, in
Milano. The all white store is the perfect
location to taste delicious pastries filled
with seasonal fruit or to have a coffee break
with a selection of coffee blends.
The place is darling, with two long counters
inside as well as the large and shaded
terrace outside. It’s the perfect place to
taste cakes, pastry, chocolate candy, or
salted food for lunch.

DAY 1 DISCOVERING VERONA
Verona
Verona is a city on the Adige river in Veneto,
Northern Italy. It is one of the main tourist
destinations in northern Italy, owing to its artistic
heritage, several annual fairs, shows, and operas,
such as the lyrical season in the Arena, the ancient
amphitheatre built by the Romans. The city has
been awarded World Heritage Site status by
UNESCO because of its urban structure and
architecture.
Featured Hotel: Leopardi 4*
Located near the historical center, this four-star

DAY 1 TRADITIONAL CUISINE OF VENETO
Osteria Monte Baldo in Verona
Since more than 100 years the Osteria Monte Baldo helps people to live and enjoy
the beauty of the city through unforgettable gastronomic experiences. The
Osteria is located in a Verona that impresses and delights, a stone’s throw from
Piazza Erbe and just a few meters from Corso Sant’Anastasia.

DAY 2 THE ROAD TO PROSECCO
Moletto winery takes its name from the very forest that
had existed on that land since the early 16th century.
Land located on the far eastern border of the province
of Treviso in Motta di Livenza with its predominantly
clayey-calcareous soil that provided the foundation for
its century-old grape-growing tradition.
The entire wine-making process takes place at the
winery in Motta di Livenza: pressing of the grapes,
their maceration, controlled-temperature vinification,
spumantization , aging, which is called a “long rest” in
barriques and tonneaus and the final transfer to
bottles.
Bottega Spa was founded in 1977 by Aldo Bottega.
The company’s headquartered is in Bibano of Godega
in the “Prosecco” area.
The Bottega staff includes 10 graduated winemakers
who have specialized in the production of sparkling
wines as well as in the distillation of grappa.
The company has developed over the years the brands
Alexander and Bottega, introducing on the market the
refined brandy bottles in blown glass, fine selection of
single-variety and distillates matured in barrels.

DAY 2 DINNER AND OVERNIGHT IN EXCLUSIVE VILLA

The Villa still recalls past times’ splendor and

DAY 4 A SPARKLING STAY IN FRANCIACORTA
Relais Franciacorta 4*
Seen from above, it looks like an oasis. A group of
period buildings in shades varying from ochre to
brick-red, overhanging roofs, terraces and
courtyards, tree stands forming splashes of
yellow, green and red; a drive leading to the hotel
and smaller roads linking the main building with
the car park and the outbuildings. And, all around,
dense woodland.
Relais Franciacorta, a four-star establishment, is
situated at the feet of one of the splendid
Franciacorta hills. The present building retains all
the charm of the original structure, a farmhouse
built in 1670.
Relais Franciacorta is surrounded by 60,000 m2
(nearly 15 acres) of grounds with a sweeping view
of Lake Iseo and the Alps. Open all year round, the

DAY 4 TASTING “THE TOP”
Featured winery:
Berlucchi
The Berlucchi Winery is just one of the first steps
to discover the Franciacorta, whose name has
nothing to do with France, but actually derives
from "francae curtes".
The “Franciacorta “ first sparkling wine was
produced in 1961. It has earned in 1990 the
DOC designation, and in 1995 the DOCG.
A pale yellow color and delicate beading,
Berlucchi produces squeezing the grapes
majority Chardonnay (small but of great quality
since they are grown only 5.4 per plant), handpicked in the vineyards and pressed very gently
thanks to technologically advanced machines
that preserve the natural features.

DAY 4 MICHELIN SEAFOOD DINNER
Restaurant “Da Nadia” – 1 Michelin star
The restaurant is the expression of the original personality of
female “Red Hair” Chef Nadia Vincenzi, as well as a
guarantee for all the lovers of the genuine and sophisticated
fish cuisine.
In 2012 the Restaurant entered in the prestigious Michelin
Guide, awarding 1 Michelin Star.
The MICHELIN guide inspectors report:
“The owner of this restaurant is happy to share her culinary
philosophy with her guests. She serves only freshly caught fish,
traditional dishes made with olive oil, homemade pasta and fresh
vegetables. A simple philosophy that guarantees strong flavours
and top quality fish.”

DAY 5 FOOD EXCELLENCE IN MODENA
Parmigiano Reggiano:
Hombre Cheese Factory
The Parmigiano Reggiano Organic Farm “Bio
Hombre” is produced exclusively from organic
farming certified with the new standards of organic
production chain. Matteo Panini, the owner, leads the
farm Hombre nearby Modena, following the
footprints of his father Umberto. The 3 Star Chef
Massimo Bottura owns his personal Parmesan wheels
here (see photo).
Balsamic Vinegar:
Acetaia Leonardi
The Vinegar farmhouse Leonardi one of the oldest in
Italy. It started its activity in the 18th century but it is
from the middle of the 19th century that it has been
specialized in the production of balsamic vinegar, using
the own raw material. The farmhouse is surrounded by 10
hectares of vineyards mainly with grapes varieties of
Trebbiano (white grape) and Lambrusco (red grape).

and one of the wealthiest cities of that time.
It is considered the birthplace of the Renaissance Age thanks to
its culture, Renaissance art and architecture. In 1982 Florence was
declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. The city also contains
many museums and art galleries, such as the Uffizi Gallery and
Palazzo Pitti.

DAY 8 FASHINATED BY THE ROYAL CITY
Torino
