THE NEW STANDARD IN FRACTURING INNOVATIONS U.S. Well Services, LLC, provides high-pressure, hydraulic fracturing services in unconventional oil and natural gas basins. Both our conventional (diesel) and Clean Fleet® (electric) hydraulic fracturing fleets are among the most reliable and highest performing fleets in the industry, with the capability to meet the most demanding pressure and rate requirements in the industry. Since our formation in 2012, U.S Well Services has experienced phenomenal growth in terms of our customer base, operating areas, fleet size, and product development. Always keen to expand on our successes, U.S Well Services recently deployed our 9th fleet bringing the total Company HHP to ~290,000. Our management team has extensive industry experience providing completion services to exploration and production companies. We focus on the most active shale and unconventional oil and natural gas plays in the United States where we believe we will have a competitive advantage due to the high performance and durability of our equipment and our ability to support high asset utilization rates that result in more efficient operations. Safety Vision Statement Here at U.S. Well Services we believe that all incidents are preventable and that priority one is having all employees go home healthy every day. To accomplish this mission, we actively encourage every employee to take personal responsibility for their individual safety as well as the safety of their entire crew. Our goal is to build mutually beneficial partnerships that create greater opportunities for long term growth. Reinvent the Frac Fleet, not the wheel • Clean Fleet® uses electricity generated onsite by turbine generators fueled by natural gas and has demonstrated reduced fuel operating costs by as much as 90% The World’s First Fully Electric, Fully Mobile Well Stimulation System, Powered by Natural Gas Clean Fleet® is a proprietary, patented system developed by U.S. Well Services that incorporates existing industry equipment configured to provide fracturing services with enhanced safety features, smaller physical and environmental footprints, and reduced noise levels. • Clean Fleet® mitigates environmental exposure by reducing NOx and CO emissions by 99%. • Clean Fleet® eliminates ALL diesel truck deliveries to the well site for an average horizontal well completion, reducing traffic within communities while also mitigating associated fire hazards. • Clean Fleet® Whisper™ Technology significantly reduces noise pollution emanating from the well site making the workplace safer and communities undisturbed. • Clean Fleet® incorporates advanced technology that reduces equipment and discharge iron vibrations by 80%, resulting in fewer failures and safer operations. Clean Fleet® pump truck with totally independent, twin 1750 HHP engines (3500 total HHP per trailer) Clean Fleet® transformer trailer with VFD housing Clean Fleet® runs on electric power generated by 5.7 MWe natural gas fueled turbine generators. Consequently, fracturing operations are cleaner, quieter, safer, and less disruptive to neighboring communities. Clean Fleet™ switchgear with Patton and Cooke 13.8 kV connections that are color coded, keyed, and locked U.S. Patent No. 8,789,601. U.S Well Services NOx Emissions Emissions This reduction is achieved by eliminating all conventional diesel engines and replacing them with electric motors powered by natural gas generators. Clean Fleet® technology also eliminates methane slip issues observed in conventional powered dual fuel (diesel/natural gas) reciprocating engine applications. 10.0 9.0 g/kW-hr 8.0 7.0 6.0 NEAR ZERO NOx 5.0 4.0 3.0 2.0 1.0 0.0 Tier 1 Tier 4 Interim Tier 2 Clean Fleet® Measured Tier 4 Final Comparison of Clean Fleet® NOx emissions to other engine types measured by independent tests Clean Fleet® Whisper™ Technology Compared to Conventional Sound Pressure for Entire Site 14.0 9.0 Pa Clean Fleet® successfully reduces hazardous emissions to near-zero levels. As confirmed by independent 3rd party testing, Clean Fleet® decreases emissions by 99 percent compared to conventional diesel powered fleets, all but eliminating environmental exposure to pollutants such as nitrogen oxides (NOx) and carbon monoxide. Specifically, NOx emissions measured on the turbine exhaust stacks were found to be 0.036 grams per kilowatt hour (g/kW-hr) which is a drastic reduction compared to the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) requirements for off-highway diesel engines. Measuring Points 4.0 0.0 Clean Fleet® Clean Fleet® Whisper Technology is the industry’s foremost solution for quiet, low noise impact hydraulic fracturing. Whisper™ well stimulation technology significantly reduces noise pollution, making the workplace safer and less disturbing to surrounding communities. More than 140 total monitoring locations were recorded and the result was up to a 69% reduction in the average sound pressure at the Clean Fleet® stimulation site. Clean Fleet® Compared to Conventional Iron Vibrations Vibrations 5 4 3 Conventional 2 G-Force Clean Fleet® technology leads the way in advancing safety via reduced vibrations and fatigue of treating iron. Our electric fleet reduces high pressure iron vibrations by up to 80% as compared to diesel powered equipment.
