Worcester Parsons has long been synonymous with quality British Brass Hinges.
Established in 1901 and now part of the Basta Group, WP are committed to providing
quality products, and importantly we provided a professional service.
WP hinges are manufactured in brass and aluminium for both traditional and modern
applications and there is a comprehensive range available particularly suited for Yachts,
Sailing and Canal Boats.
Most of these hinges are available in UK or ANSI drill patterns.
Exploring Hinges
Hinges come in a range of finishes including:
Self Colour; Polished Brass; Polished Chrome Plate and Satin Chrome Plate.
And recently added Three New Finishes:
Polished Nickel, Satin Nickel and Antique Bronze.
Butt Hinges
The Worcester Parsons tradition lives on with this range of brass
hinges. Whether washered, un-washered standard butts or bearing
support hinges. We meet today’s high specification criteria giving
greater assurance and long term performance levels now so often
required for modern day or traditional doors and cabinets.
Counter Flap Hinges
Counter Flap Hinges are suitable for upward opening counters.
They open flat at 180 degrees and can be used for many folding
leaf applications.
Storm Proof & Cranked Hinges
Storm proof and Cranked Hinges feature one or two leaves cranked
at 90 degrees, allowing the sash to close over the frame.
And can be used for Windows, Doors and Cabinets.
Flush Hinge
Typically for use on light doors and cabinets. Cabinet makers often
use our decorative Flush Hinges to give their work an attractive
finish.
Sometimes called a non-Mortice Hinge as it avoids rebating the
wood providing an attractive finish to cabinets and light doors.
Table Hinges
Table hinges have the Countersunk Holes on the opposite side and
are ideal to be used for Fold Up/Down Tables or Shelves.
Lift-off Hinges
Lift-Off Hinges are ideal for applications where the door needs to be
removed easily.
