GENERAL INFORMATION
Our order desk is available to serve you from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. central standard time,
Monday thru Friday. You may fax or e-mail orders anytime - 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

All orders must be completely paid for to get production started. Payment may be
made by company or personal check (name, address and check number must be
imprinted on check), certified check, check by phone ($10 fee applies), money order,
Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Card.

Prices do not include sales tax (in AL) and shipping.
●
1/2” border on all signs. Signs cannot be printed to end of board.
●
Add 5% per sign to 1 color price for yellow plastic. Ink will appear darker on yellow.
MAIL ORDERS
Fill out order blank completely. Add total order and mail with payment. You may call us Toll
Free for exact freight amount. You may send a check, money order or use your credit/debit
card. Shipping and handling charges will automatically be added to charge card orders.
PRODUCTION TIME
Normally 5-14 working days. See individual items for exact time. If a proof is needed, production time begins after proof has been approved. Fast delivery via United Parcel Service,
F.O.B. Montgomery. Large orders & 36 x 48 signs may be shipped by truck line. See map for
travel days from our plant to your location.
UNDERRUNS
Due to the difficulty of manufacturing to exact quantity requirements without sacrificing quality, a shipment of 10% under the quantity ordered will constitute a complete order. A refund
check will be sent to you for shortage.
CANCELLATIONS
You will be charged a layout fee of $35 if order has not been printed. An order cannot be
cancelled if it has been produced. If production has not started, you will receive a refund with
the layout fee deducted.

If you want to send us artwork from your computer, export file as .eps, .ai, .plt or .pdf
- compatibility Adobe Illustrator 6.0, Gerber’s Omega 6.0 or FlexiSign Pro. Please
flatten images and/or change the file to shapes before sending.
If you would like us to duplicate a sign you have, send us a photo. We will redraw it
and replace the letters with fonts from our computer library. We do not have every
letter style available; therefore, it may be necessary to replace some of the type with
something close to what you have. Provide us with all fonts used and a list of colors.

Excessive or Difficult Copy - Letter styles not in our computer, difficult logos, or excessive copy will require a special price quote. There is a minimum charge of $50.00 (one
time charge). Call us for help in saving your files to a format that we can read. ••

Or you may send us a pencil sketch for a proposed new sign or let our graphic
designer design your sign. We will fax or e-mail you a proof for your approval before any production begins.

COLOR MIXING
There is a minimum paint mixing charge of $150.00 for special colors. There may be a
delay in production because the color must be sent to paint factory for mixing. We cannot
guarantee a perfect color match; however, we can usually provide a satisfactory color
match of PMS colors. *It takes 7-10 additional days for special paint colors.
POLITICAL NOTICE State laws vary with regard to notices which must be printed and identification of those
responsible for purchasing political advertising. Be sure to submit the correct copy to meet
these identification requirements.
UNION LABEL
The Painters and Allied Trades Union Label & Bush Signs 1-800-628-2874 will be printed in
small print on all orders produced in house unless otherwise specified. We are distributors
on some items in this catalog and the Union Label is not available. See individual items.
