Our History
The Wallaby Team
Tracey Brooks known to her team as the Great White created
Boomers. The company started trading in 2003 and has grown
from strength to strength based on her strong philosophy of
expectations are everything, deliver more than anyone expects.
The Wallaby team is an integral part of the development and
growth of the brand. All input is vital to ensure we improve on
all that we do. The Wallaby teams are hard workers and feel
most proud when they have brought a smile to a mate’s face.
You really do need a sense of humor to work here.
The Culture
At Boomers the vision is to deliver a home away from home
experience to each and every mate. It’s about warmth,
sunshine and lots of hard work in our very busy stores. You
need to have a good memory on mates’ drinks, names and
anything else they throw at you. We have our own unique in
house language, which you will need to learn.
