NOT USE ANY SPARKLERS NEAR LINEN AS MOST ARE MADE
OF POLYCOTTON AND WILL MELT IF SPARKS LAND ON LINEN.
SHORTAGE/ DAMAGE:
LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY RENTAL ITEMS IS THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER. PLEASE TAKE CARE OF
ALL EQUIPMENT FROM RAIN, THEFT, ABUSE OR VANDALISM.
ITEMS THAT ARE DELIVERED OR TAKEN BY CUSTOMER IS
THEIR RESPONSIBILITY UNTIL IT IS IN ELITE RENTAL PERSONNEL'S HANDS. YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR ANYTHING
THAT IS NOT RETURNED, DAMAGED OR BROKE.
INFORMATION OF RENTALS:
ELITE RENTALS PRICES INCLUDE SET UP AND BREAKDOWN
OF ALL TENTS, DANCE FLOORS, STAGES, HEATERS, KITCHEN
OVEN EQUIP. WE CAN SET UP AND BREAK DOWN TABLES AND
CHAIRS FOR AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE. RENTALS ARE FOR
A ONE DAY CHARGE (WHICH MEANS, PICK UP DAY BEFORE
EVENT DAY AND THEN BRING BACK THE DAY AFTER EVENT).
IF THIS IS OUT LONGER THAN THIS TIME YOU WILL BE
CHARGED FOR AN ADITIONAL DAY. IF SOME ITEMS

DELIVERY
DELIVERIES MUST BE ABLE TO BE DROPPED NEAR THE LOCATION OF THE EVENT. IF THERE IS A LONG DISTANCE OF
WALKING OR STAIRS OR REPEATED DELIVERIES BECAUSE NO
ONE IS THERE, AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE WILL BE ADDED.
EQUIPMENT MUST BE STACKED AND READY FOR OUR EMPLOYEE'S TO P/U AND READY FOR US ON THE SCHEDULED
DAY AND OR TIME.
DEPOSITS
UPON A DECISION OF BOOKING AN ORDER WITH ELITE RENTALS, WE REQUIRE A 50 PERCENT DEPOSIT. THE BALANCE IS
DUE 10 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT.
ANY CHANGES CAN BE MADE 5 DAYS PRIOR TO AN EVENT...
CANCELLATION FEE
ORDERS REQUIRE A 50% DEPOSIT TO SECURE YOUR ORDER.
CANCELLATION 10-15 DAYS PRIOR TO DELIVERY WILL BE A
30% CANCELLATION FEE. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS 5 DAYS
BEFORE DELIVERY, CUSTOMER NEEDS TO GIVE SPECIFIC TIME
OR IT WILL BE DELIVERED IN THE MORNING OR AFTERNOON.
