With 10 issues published annually, Pulse is the premiere magazine for spa professionals. ISPA members

The Conference Guide is the encyclopedia of Conference. It’s an overview of everything going on
during the event including the agenda, Professional Development Sessions, exhibitors, maps and

Farewell Party
The Farewell Party marks the end of Conference. Sponsors receive a special VIP area and logo
displays throughout the event venue. It’s a time for attendees to experience a final celebration
and network with spa peers. As the final event of Conference, it’s sure to be a memorable time

The ISPA Conference & Expo Relaxation Area hallway is a place for attendees to experience
complimentary soothing spa treatments and cutting-edge products. Sponsors transform their

implemented into their spa treatment menus. Sponsors have the liberty to design their designated
space to their liking, ensuring visitors get a true taste of their brand and offerings. This unique,
intimate setting can also be used for private meetings and gives sponsors exclusive time to

Computer Centers
The Computer Centers allow attendees to conveniently print out educational session handouts,
catch-up on email or browse the web. The sponsor’s logo will be present on the home screen and

Conference Newsletter - The Daily Pulse
This handy newsletter is distributed each night of Conference to keep attendees up-to-date on events
and any last-minute changes. The DailyPulse is delivered to attendees’ rooms each night with sponsorship
availability Sunday through Wednesday. The sponsor has the opportunity to place a product in the
corresponding night’s Room Drop Bag. Sponsorship also includes a 75-word company description on
the front of the sponsored night’s newsletter.
[Exclusive] Energy Breaks
These half-hour breaks allow attendees to come together, network, enjoy refreshments and re-energize
for the rest of the day. Sponsors have the opportunity to promote their brand for the half-hour break
each day of Conference in a variety of ways including distributing product samples or conducting
product demonstrations while attendees are present.
Expo Lunch
Available Monday through Wednesday, the Expo Lunch allows attendees to enjoy a complimentary
meal on the Expo floor. Sponsor logos will be included on signage and napkins in the Lunch area, and
sponsoring companies can choose to stand out even more by providing unique centerpieces, logoed
cups and more. Team members of sponsoring companies may also be present to pass out information

This handy resource is the go-to navigational tool for attendees. The sponsor’s brand is placed front
and center in a company profile within the map provided to all attendees. Maps will also be distributed
at publication bins on the Expo floor.

Morning Refreshers offer a chance for attendees to network and enjoy refreshments. During this
half hour each day of Conference, sponsors have lots of options to promote their brand including

educational offerings. With hours of PDS education offered each day of Conference, your brand
