It’s a great day to be a Jaguar.
As the 2013 football season approaches us, the University of South Alabama would like to
thank you for your ongoing support. This is an exciting year for our football program as we are
eligible to compete for a Sun Belt Conference championship. More importantly, we have an
opportunity to participate in postseason play. Head Football Coach, Joey Jones and the football
team look to have an outstanding year. We hope to continue making the South Alabama football
“Game Day Experience” a great venue for all guests.

Alcohol
Ladd-Pebbles Stadium will provide alcoholic beverages at concessions located in the East
and West concourse areas. It is strictly prohibited to bring alcohol into Ladd-Peebles Stadium.
Individuals violating this policy are subject to ejection.
Animals
Seeing Eye Dogs or other animal assistance utilized by the disabled or visually impaired are
welcomed with proper identification (official vest). All other animals are prohibited from the
stadium.
Athletic Ticket Office Business Hours
Regular office hours for the on-campus Mitchell Center ticket office are M-F, 10 a.m-5 p.m.
Sales representatives can be reached via phone M-F, 8 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. by calling 251-461-1USA (1872).
ATM’s
ATM’s are located on the East and West concourse of Ladd-Peebles Stadium.
Bags and Bag Search
Small bags and purses are allowed into Ladd-Peebles Stadium. However, all bags are subject
to search by USA Police, Mobile City Police, and game day staff. Bags larger than 10 X 10 are
prohibited in Ladd-Peebles Stadium.
Camera Policy
Hand-held still cameras are permitted for personal use. Any cameras outside of this category
must obtain a media credential from the USA Media Relations department at least one (1)
week prior to a scheduled home contest. Representatives from the media relations office can be
reached via phone M-F, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. by calling 251-460-7035.
Chair-backs
Stadium chair-backs are allowed in Ladd-Peebles Stadium. Specific dimensions of chair-backs
are not required, but fans are asked to be aware of surrounding fans comfort when bringing
oversized chair-backs.
Children
All children who have celebrated their second birthday must have a ticket to gain access into
Ladd-Peebles Stadium for a University of South Alabama Football game.
Concessions
Concessions at Ladd-Peebles Stadium are operated separately and independently of the
University of South Alabama. Turner Food Systems is the sole concessionaire for Ladd-Peebles
Stadium concession stands. They are located in the East and West concourses and accept cash,
credit and debit cards.

Conduct
South Alabama athletics expects all fans to conduct themselves in an appropriate manner and
expects everyone to treat all fans, players, coaches and officials with courtesy. Failure to do so
may result in ejection from a game or revocation of season ticket privileges.
Examples of prohibited behavior include, but are not limited to, throwing objects, demonstrating
unruly behavior, attempting to enter the field of play and/or engaging in any behavior that
endangers the safety of any other people.
Directions to Ladd-Peebles Stadium
From the South: Take I-10 West. Take Exit 25B to Virginia St and turn right onto Virginia St.
Ladd-Peebles Stadium is located on Virginia St.
From the North: Take I-165 South. Turn a slight right onto US-90/US-98 Truck W/ Beauregard
St. and continue to follow US-90W. Turn right onto Government St/US-90/AL-16. Turn left onto
Michigan Avenue. Turn right onto Virginia St. Ladd-Peebles Stadium is located on Virginia St.
From the West: Take I-10 East. Take Exit 23 onto Michigan Ave. Continue on Michigan Ave and
turn left onto Virginia St. Ladd-Peebles Stadium is located on Virginia St.
From the East: Take I-10 West. Take Exit 25B to Virginia St and turn right on Virginia St. LaddPeebles Stadium is located on Virginia St.
Disability Lots (Handicap Parking)
Ladd-Peebles Stadium has 108 designated disability parking spots. There is a $15 fee to park in
handicap parking spaces. In the event all designated parking spots have been filled, please notify
the nearest police officer for assistance. For all handicap parking, individuals should enter the
parking lot off of Lott Street.
Disability Seating
Handicap seating is located in the South End Zone and the platform on the East side of the
stadium behind the visiting team sideline. Entrance for handicap seating will be at Gate 6W.
Limited mobility seating is located throughout Ladd-Peebles Stadium. Please contact the USA
Athletic Ticket Sales Office, (251) 461-1872, for any special seating requirements at least 24
hours before kickoff of the game you wish to attend.
Elevators
There are only two elevators with limited access inside the lobby area located on the West side of
Ladd-Peebles Stadium.
Field of Play
For the safety of all participants and spectators, field access is strictly prohibited at all times
before, during or after the game. Field access is strictly limited to properly credentialed
individuals.

First Aid
In the event of an injury an individual may contact the nearest police officer for emergency
assistance. The police officer will contact the paramedics on site for further evaluation.
Food and Beverages
Outside food and beverages are prohibited. Upon entering the stadium, all food and beverages
from the outside must be thrown away.
Game Programs
Game programs will be sold around the entry gates and concourse of Ladd-Peebles Stadium.
Gates into the stadium
All gates entering into Ladd-Peebles Stadium will be open two (2) hours prior to kickoff.
Golf Carts
Golf carts will be available to assist elderly and disabled individuals in different locations within
Ladd-Peebles Stadium parking lot. Golf Carts will mainly be located in the Southeast corner
parking area where shuttles will be dropping off individuals for football games.
Guest Services
Guest services will be located outside the stadium on the East and West side as well as the
Southwest corner of Ladd-Peebles Stadium.
High School Coaches
Complimentary tickets may be provided to high school coaches. Furthermore, in accordance with
the Alabama State Ethics Law, such complimentary tickets may be provided to public school
coaches if they are accompanied by a prospective student-athlete.

Jaguar Athletic Fund
The mission of the Jaguar Athletic Fund is to support student-athletes by providing resources
which enhance the competitive and academic performance if individual sports and the
department as a whole. Gifts to the JAF Priority Fund also provide donors with access to priority
seating for Football and Men’s Basketball.

Jaguar Junction
Jaguar Junction is the pre-game hospitality tent hosted by the University of South Alabama
National Alumni Association. Open to all members of the Association, and their guests for a
nominal fee, a visit to Jaguar Junction prior to all Jaguar home football games is the perfect
way to begin your game day experience. Please join your fellow alumni for food, beverages,
live music, the USA Marching Band and cheerleaders and camaraderie as we cheer our Jags to

Jag Wear
Game day sales will be conducted by the USA Bookstore at six locations on Ladd-Peebles
Stadium grounds. Five venues will be inside the stadium, and two outside for pre-game sales.
There will be two locations on the East and West concourse areas that will be available; one
venue to serve the hospitality tent in the Northwest corner of the stadium for pre-game sales; a
venue on the Eastside of the stadium between the ticket booth and Gate 2E for pre-game sales,
a location in the southeast corner outside of the stadium near Gate 4E (Across from the Alumni
Tent) and a location on the West side of the stadium across from the lobby.
Lost and Found
The Lost and Found is located on the West side of the stadium in the lobby area.
Lost Children
In the event that a child is lost, they will be taken to the Ladd-Peebles Stadium Lobby on the
West side of the stadium.
Merchandise
Merchandise will be sold at Ladd-Peebles stadium and will be operated by the University of
South Alabama bookstore. Only officially licensed vendors may sell merchandise on or near the
Ladd-Peebles Stadium grounds.

Parking Information
There will be no game day parking sold at Ladd-Peebles Stadium other than handicap. All
parking is reserved and you must have the proper parking credentials for entry. In order to
purchase a handicap parking pass, you must have a handicap permit. The permit must be valid.
Lots will open at 8 a.m. (Weekend)/12 p.m. (Weekday) on game day and any cars left overnight
will be subject to being towed if they do not have the proper permits.

Pets
All pets are prohibited in Ladd-Peebles Stadium and any designated tailgating spots. (Exceptions
will be made for service animals assisting those with disabilities)
Press Box Access
Only credentialed personnel will be allowed into the press box. All media should contact the
South Alabama Media Relations department at least one (1) week prior to a home contest.
Representatives from the media relations office can be reached via phone M-F, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. by
calling 251-460-7035.

WNSP 105.5 FM will be broadcasting the University of South Alabama football games.
Re-Entry into the Stadium
Re-entry is prohibited at Ladd-Peebles Stadium. Once you exit the stadium you must purchase
another ticket to re-enter.
Requests for Assistance
All requests for assistance and reports of disruptive behavior should be directed to the closest
available police officer or event staff personnel. Police officers or Event staff personnel are
positioned at entry/exit portals throughout the stadium for your convenience.
Restrooms
Restrooms are located throughout the East and West concourses in Ladd-Peebles Stadium.
Restrooms will be open 2 hours prior to kickoff. Stadium restrooms will not be open to
individuals tailgating on stadium grounds, however portable restrooms will be in place near
designated tailgating areas.
RV Parking
RV Parking passes will be sold to individuals based on a two (2) night stay. RV Parking for the
season will be $390. RV Parking is also sold on an individual game basis for $65/game. The
South Alabama Athletic Ticket Sales office will sell passes to all individuals by calling 251-4611USA. RV parking passes must be purchased two (2) days in advance of the game. RV parking
spaces will be assigned and the numbered parking pass will correspond with the designated
space. RV’s may begin arriving at the stadium on Friday at 5:00 p.m. and must depart the
property by noon on Sunday. For weekday games, RV’s may begin arriving at noon on the day
prior to the game and must depart the property by noon on the day following the game.

Shuttle Service
Shuttles will be provided within the Mobile area. The Wave Shuttle service will provide service
from the Bel Air Mall parking lot South of Target and JC Penney. The Wave will begin 5 hours
prior to kickoff and provide continuous service until ninety (90) minutes after conclusions of
South Alabama football games. Fans are encouraged to ride before 3 p.m. (Weekend)/5 p.m.
(Weekday) in order to arrive before the 4 p.m. (Weekend)/6:30 p.m. (Weekday) kick-off.
The cost is $2.50 per person for a round trip. The drop location at Ladd-Peebles Stadium will be
at the Southeast corner. Fans will be picked up in the same location where they were dropped off.
Smoking
Smoking is prohibited in Ladd-Peebles Stadium.
SouthSpot
SouthSpot is the pre-game hospitality venue for Jaguar Athletic Fund donors at specific levels at
every South Alabama home football game, and is located in the Northwest corner inside LaddPeebles Stadium. For more information on access to SouthSpot, call the South Alabama Athletic
Ticket Office at (251) 461-1USA (1872).
Sports Information
Media, Radio, and Television personnel will have entry access through the lobby on the west side
of Ladd-Peebles stadium. Credentials may be picked up inside the lobby area on the main floor.
Without the proper credentials, access to the suites, press box and field will be denied.
Student Entrance
All students are granted one free admission with a valid USA Student ID. Student seating is
located in sections N, O, P and Q. Hard tickets are not required for admission, but students must
show their ID upon entering the game through Gate 2E. Gate 2E is the only gate that students
may enter Ladd stadium without a ticket. Single game student guest tickets can be purchased for
$8 in advance at the Mitchell Center ticket office or day of game at the EAST ticket booth. One
student guest season ticket can be purchased per valid USA ID for only $42. This ticket must
be purchased in person at the Mitchell Center ticket office and only with their valid USA ID.
Student guest tickets cannot be purchased using an ID other than your own.
Tailgating
Tailgating is encouraged prior to each home football game at Ladd-Peebles Stadium. It is
the plan of South Alabama Athletics to provide an outstanding game day atmosphere that
encompasses more than the game itself. With that said, certain rules and restrictions will be in
place to ensure the safety of all our patrons.
The following rules will apply to tailgating:
• Live musical bands or amplified music must be pre-approved in tailgating areas by LaddPeebles Stadium management and South Alabama Game Day Operations staff.

• Charcoal and propane grills are allowed at Ladd-Peebles Stadium and must be placed at
least 10 ft. from RVs and vehicles while in use. However, it is preferred that propane grills
be utilized for increased safety. If using a charcoal grill please make sure to extinguish or
cool hot coals appropriately. Containers will be provided throughout the tailgating areas for
safe disposal of hot coals. Do not place charcoal or other flammables in trash cans.
• Tents are allowed provided they are no larger than 10 X 10, placed directly behind your
vehicle and do not impede foot or vehicular traffic.
• The University of South Alabama and the City of Mobile are not responsible for any
tailgating items that are left behind prior to entering the stadium. It is the responsibility of
all fans to securely lock their valuables in vehicles.
• Food and/or beverages may not be sold inside the stadium lot.
The South Jaguar Prowl
The South Jaguar Prowl is a chance for fans to see players and coaches before the game. Fans
are encouraged to line the sidewalks and cheer on our Jaguars as the team enters the stadium.
The Prowl will begin at the Southeast corner of the stadium between the Alumni Tent (Jaguar
Junction) and USA Merchandise Tent continuing on the South end of the stadium, to the
Southwest corner of the stadium in which the team will enter the locker room at Gate 3W. The
event will begin 2 hours and 20 minutes prior to kickoff.
Ticket Information
Single game tickets for all South Alabama football games can be purchased in advance via
www.usajaguars.com, calling (251) 461-1USA (1872), or in person at the Mitchell Center ticket
office on the University’s main campus.
Single game tickets will be on sale the day of game and can be purchased at either the East or West
side ticket booths of Ladd-Peebles Stadium starting three (3) hours prior to kickoff. Any patrons
with ticketing problems on game day should go to the West side ticket office. Group tickets can be
purchased by calling 251-461-1USA (1872). The South Alabama Athletic Ticket office considers
a group to be 15+ individuals and special pricing (discount) will apply. Season tickets can be
purchased by calling 251-461-1USA (1872) or online at www.usajaguars.com.
Will Call Locations
General Sales (Ticket Master) – You may pick your tickets up from the WEST SIDE TICKET
BOOTH with a photo ID if you purchased your tickets through Ticket Master.

SouthSpot Hospitality Policy
MISSION
It is the intention of the South Alabama Athletic Development Department to provide a game day
experience at home Jaguar Football games that will:
• Engender donor pride and loyalty to the Jaguar Football team
• Provide an attractive perk and added value to the donor for their private gift support
• Attract new donors through friends and families of invited donors
DONOR GROUPS
The two main constituencies will be (1) Jaguar Athletic Fund (JAF) Priority Fund annual donors
of $1,000 or more and (2) IMG corporate sponsors that contribute a gift of $1,000 or more
annually to the JAF Priority Fund. IMG can also elect to have their own tent at their own expense
if they so choose. Guests of the South Alabama president, vice-presidents, deans, and other
university officials will also have access to the hospitality area for business purposes.
LOGISTICS
Tent space at the northwest interior of the stadium will be used for the 700-900 donors and
guests that are expected to attend. Hospitality will also entail the rental of portable restroom
facilities, tables and chairs, big-screen televisions, climate control and lighting systems (when/if
necessary).
CATERING
The hospitality area will provide catered food, soft drinks, water and beer. Alcohol service
will be provided by the Ladd-Peebles Stadium concessionaire who is a licensed vendor with
comprehensive liability insurance and liability trained personnel.
SUITES
Suite holders are not granted automatic access to the hospitality area. Only those suite holders
who donate $1,000 or more to the JAF Priority Fund will receive access to the hospitality area.
CREDENTIALS
Access credentials will be provided to JAF Priority Fund donors of $1,000 or more and equal to
the number of season tickets purchased. Presidential guests, donor prospects, and other guests
will be issued credentials as needed for admission to the hospitality tent.

POLICIES & PROCEDURES
The South Alabama Athletic Development Office will coordinate the tent policies, facility and
activities.
The hospitality area will open two hours prior to kick-off and close 30 minutes prior to kick-off.
Access credentials must be worn at all times and clearly visible for entrance and readmission to
the hospitality area.
Complimentary food, soft drinks, water and beer will be made available. No outside food or

Big screen TVs will be provided.
All state laws and municipal ordinances will apply. No underage consumption of alcohol will be
tolerated. Violations of law will be enforced by University police officers.
No animals (except service animals) will be allowed in the tent.
Neither the University of South Alabama nor Ladd-Peebles Stadium is responsible for lost, stolen
or misplaced items and or personal property.

SideLine Policy
Only persons with appropriate game day credentials will be permitted on the field and in
team areas at Ladd-Peebles Stadium during home football contests. We will be in compliance
with the National Collegiate Athletic Association’s (NCAA) sideline policies for the Football
Bowl Subdivision (FBS) as well as Sun Belt Conference rules and regulations. Acceptance of
the credential constitutes the agreement by the bearer to abide by foregoing conditions of the
sideline. Persons not wearing the appropriate credentials will be asked to leave the field/team
areas.
Credentials are non-transferable and must be worn in full view at all times. The University
of South Alabama reserves the right to revoke the credential at any time. The Field and
Promotional Credentials will also require a game ticket as those credentials only give you
access to the field and not admission into the game.
Children under the age of 14 will not be permitted on the sidelines (team area or field access)
during any intercollegiate football game at Ladd-Peebles Stadium unless the following criteria
are met:
A.) They are accompanied by a University Staff Member that has “USA Official
Credentials” and has a specific reason or function that requires their presence on
the sidelines.
B.) They are being supervised by a properly credentialed University Staff Member/
Parent for the duration of their time on the field.
C.) Staff who have children with them on the sidelines take full responsibility for
compliance to the Sideline Policy.
There will be a designated guest area on the field for all individuals who have access to
the field at Ladd-Peebles Stadium. Under no circumstances are any individuals who are
permitted to be in the secured areas (team or field area) allowed unless they are members of
the working media, photographers or have business inside the team area (coaches’, players,
trainers, officials, and support staff).
No individual, regardless of age, will be permitted access to the field or team areas without
proper credentials for that particular game or season. Each individual must have a credential on
their clothing and in full view at all times. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Upon the team running out on to the field, guests with promotion field credentials, must be
escorted off the field to their designated seating area.
The USE OF ALCOHOL is strictly prohibited on the field at Ladd-Peebles Stadium. All
guests of the athletic department will be expected to follow all of the guidelines above during
each home contest.

Ticketing
The South Alabama Athletics Department issues tickets for the following sports: Football, Men’s
and Women’s Basketball, Baseball and Softball. Admission for all other sports is free.

Conduct
The University of South Alabama Athletics Department expects all fans to conduct themselves in an
appropriate manner and expect everyone to treat all fans, players, coaches and officials with courtesy.
Failure to do so may result in ejection from a game or revocation of season ticket privileges.
Examples of prohibited behavior include, but are not limited to, throwing objects, demonstrating
unruly behavior, attempting to enter the field of play and/or engaging in any behavior that
endangers the safety of any other people.
Mailing of Season Tickets
Season tickets will be mailed approximately one (1) month prior to the start of the season for all
ticketed sports.
Address Change
It is the responsibility of customers to inform the South Alabama Athletic Ticket Sales Office of
any address changes. You can change your address via email at [email protected] or
over the phone, (251) 461-1USA (1872).
If address changes are made after the posted deadline for a particular sport, those tickets may be
mailed to the old address on file. To verify the deadline for each season, please contact the South
Alabama Athletic Ticket Office. South Alabama Athletics is not responsible for season tickets
mailed to old addresses.
Payment Options
The South Alabama Athletics Ticket Office will accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and
American Express as payment for any ticket orders. Checks will only be accepted in advance for
an order. Checks will not be accepted day of game.
Checks should be made payable to “The University of South Alabama”.
*A $5.00 processing fee ($10.00 for football) will be charged per order placed for season tickets,
regardless of the method of payment.

Will Call
All tickets ordered within ten (10) days prior to a home contest will be held at Will Call. You
must present a valid photo ID to pick up your tickets at will call. Tickets will only be left at Will
Call under the name of the individual who purchases the tickets.
Football – Will call is located at the West side ticket booth at Ladd-Peebles Stadium. Will call
opens three (3) hours prior to game time.
Men’s and Women’s Basketball – Will call is located on the East side of the Mitchell Center
and will open one (1) hour prior to game time.
Baseball – Will call is located at the front entrance of Stanky Field and will open one (1) hour
prior to game time.
Softball – Will call is located at the main entrance of Jaguar Field and will open one (1) hour prior
to game time.
Will Call (in advance) – Tickets for any South Alabama athletic event may be picked
up in advance by coming to the Mitchell Center Ticket Office located on the South side during
normal business hours (M-F 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.).
Accessible Seating
Accessible seating is limited for each venue. If you need accessible seating please call the
South Alabama Athletic Sales Office, 251-461-1872, prior to the day of game. You may also go
online at www.usajaguars.com to purchase accessible seating online. Seating will be based on
availability. One companion seat can be purchased for each accessible seat purchased.
Student Tickets
Men’s and Women’s Basketball – All students are granted one (1) free admission with a valid
USA student ID. Hard tickets are not required for admission, but students must show their ID upon
entering the game. One (1) general admission student guest ticket can also be purchased for just $3.
Baseball/Softball - All students are granted one (1) free admission with a valid USA student ID.
Hard tickets are not required for admission, but students must show their ID upon entering the
game. One (1) general admission student guest ticket can also be purchased for just $3.
Football – All students are granted one (1) free admission with a valid USA student ID. Hard
tickets are not required for admission, but students must show their ID upon entering the
game through Gate 2E. Gate 2E is the only gate that students may enter Ladd-Peebles stadium
without a ticket. Single game student guest tickets can be purchased for only $8 in advance at
the Mitchell Center ticket office or day of game at the East side ticket booth. One student guest
season ticket can be purchased per valid USA student ID for only $42. This ticket must be
purchased in person at the Mitchell Center ticket office and only with their valid USA student
ID. Student guest tickets cannot be purchased using an ID other than your own.
Refunds/Exchanges
All ticket sales are final. Refunds will only be granted within five (5) business days of payment.
After five (5) business days no refunds or exchanges will be provided except in cases where we
are unable to fulfill your order. Refunds will not be granted due to a game date or time change.
At the discretion of the Mitchell Center Ticket Manager and Director of Athletic Ticket Sales,
special requests for refunds/exchanges will be handled on a case by case basis.

Lost/Stolen Tickets
The South Alabama Athletic Ticket Office is not responsible for lost tickets and a $10 reprint
fee will be charged. Replacements will only be issued for season tickets and single game tickets
will not be reprinted. The season ticket holder of record must be present to have duplicate tickets
issued; no third parties will be issued duplicates for someone else’s season tickets. Stolen tickets
may be replaced in full, without paying a $10 reprint fee, if a copy of a police report is submitted
to the South Alabama Athletic Ticket Office.
Promotional Tickets
South Alabama Athletic tickets may not be used for advertising or promotional purposes
including, but not limited to auctions, contests, giveaways, and sweepstakes without the express
written consent of the South Alabama Athletic Department.
Seat Relocation - Football
To maintain your same seating location each season, tickets and applicable Jaguar Athletic Fund
(JAF) donation must be paid by the appropriate deadline. Seats that are not renewed by the
deadline will be considered cancelled and released for new season ticket holders to purchase.
Relocation requests must be made prior to the renewal deadline and will be filled based on
availability and priority points.
*The South Alabama Athletic Ticket Office may move seat locations slightly in order to not leave a single seat open.
Postseason Ticket Allotment
South Alabama season ticket holders who also make applicable Jaguar Athletic Fund (JAF)
donations will have the first priority to purchase seats for postseason events based on priority
points. Second priority will be given to non-donor season ticket holders, and third priority to the
general public.
Away Game Tickets
The South Alabama Athletic Ticket Office will sell tickets to select away games. Season ticket
holders have first right of refusal on all away game tickets sold through South Alabama Athletics.
Requests will be filled based on priority points. If any tickets remain after the pre-purchase
period, the South Alabama Athletic Ticket Office will make away game tickets available to the
general public.
Seating at Away Games
The South Alabama Athletic Ticket Office will assign seats for away games based on the priority
point system of the Jaguar Athletic Fund. Away game ticket purchasers that need limited mobility
and/or wheelchair accessible seating will be placed first, with all other seating being determined
by priority points. The assigning of away game seats are completed each season by the Director
of Athletic Ticket Sales and the Mitchell Center Ticket Office Manager.
Children Admission
All children two (2) years of age and older must have a ticket for admission into Football,
Men’s Basketball and Baseball. Children under two (2) are free; however, they must sit in their
guardians lap. Women’s Basketball and Softball designates that all children twelve (12) and
under are admitted free.

Re-entry
Men’s and Women’s Basketball – No re-entry is allowed for any basketball games. Another
ticket must be purchased to reenter the Mitchell Center after you have exited.
Baseball and Softball – Re-entry is allowed provided you maintain your valid ticket and have
your hand stamped upon exiting the baseball or softball venues. You may get a stamp at any gate
when you leave the stadium.
Football – No re-entry is allowed for any football games. Another ticket must be purchased for reentry into Ladd-Peebles Stadium.
Transfer/Relocating of Season Tickets
1. Transfer of tickets that have been purchased:
A. Tickets that have been purchased may be transferred to an existing account or
new account holder without a change in price as long as the seats remain within
the same price level.
• Seats will renew at the regular rate for the following season.
2. Transfer of tickets that have not been purchased:
A. Tickets that have not been purchased can be transferred to an existing account or
new account; however the tickets will revert to full price if they have not been
paid for prior to the transfer of tickets.
3. Renaming Accounts
A. When a new person takes over an existing account, all ticket pricing will become
the current full price unless the tickets have already been purchased.
• Seats will renew at the regular rate for the following season.
4. Transfer of Faculty/Staff tickets
A. Between Existing Faculty/Staff members
• All tickets transferred between current/retired faculty/staff members will
remain at current discounted price
B. Between Existing Faculty/Staff member and Non Faculty/Staff
• All tickets transferred between current/retired faculty/staff member and non
university employee will become full price tickets, regardless if the tickets
were already paid for at the reduced rate.
5. Relocating Seats
A. Season tickets may be relocated prior to the mailing of season tickets. Season
ticket holders may relocate their seats and keep any applicable discounts,
regardless if the seats have been previously paid for. The only change in price
will occur if they relocate to a different price level.

the building (Old Shell Rd). Office hours are Monday – Friday, 10:00am-5:00pm.
