Aqib Ali Jaffery
(1-12 Muharram)
Syed Ali Aqib Jaffry is an Electrical Engineer graduated
from University of Washington, USA pursuing a degree in
Islamic studies in Qum. He has been studying in Qum for
almost 7-8 years. Areas of interest include Aqaid and
Islamic Law.
Has worked in the publication of childrens books such as
Heroes of Karbala
The Milky Way
Gifts from God etc. etc.

Seyyed Hadi Yassin
(25-26 Muharram)
Seyed Hadi was born in Mashhad, Iran where he attended Islamic
seminary for 14 years. After completing the Howza program he
obtained two bachelor degrees in Quranic Science and Hadith, and in
Fundamentals of Islamic Law. In 2009 he came to the United States
and began his Master’s program in Psychology, specializing in family
and child development. He is the founding editor of Psychology
Student Research Journal (PSRJ), which is a university academic
journal, under the supervision of CSUSB, department of psychology.
Additionally he is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC), and the
founder of H.A.D.I life coaching specializing in Children, Parenting,
Family and relationships.

Sheikh Mahdi began in Howzah-e-Qom after
high school, and has been there the past 7 years
now. He has made many trips for tableegh here
in the states and loves to build bonds with each
community he visits. He especially says that he
tries to be friends with the youth of each
community.

1. Like previous years, a small group of
community members paid for the
Hadiyah of the visiting scholars
2. The community raised $3255 for
Muharram expenses.
3. We ask ALL community members to
complete and return the membership
forms. These funds will help us pay for
the utility costs every month.
