For over 100 years the Dania Manufaktur
für Farbe & Wohnen has been dedicating itself to the world of the home and
fine interior design. In implementing a
wide range of projects for our customers we have recognised how important it is that our clients get excellent
value for their money, but also, if so
desired, that they have a general contractor coordinating all their needs. To
meet these expectations we offer you

Building owners have many ideas and
concepts that require a professional
approach. Often the search for the right
partner begins with the selection of the
parcel of land, and extends to the planning, coordination and construction
phases of the building, including the
transformation of the project into a
turnkey property.
Of course, no one can be the very best
in everything or have comprehensive
special expertise. That is why we
collaborate with a network of specialists from every area of construction,
interior design and architecture. We
know from years of experience of working behind the scenes who the best in

In our showrooms you will get a unique
opportunity to view the wide range of
possibilities of interior design. Not only
do we have over 600 samples of wooden flooring on display, but also over 100
oversized samples of wall covering
designs. This is the most comprehensive and widely varied display of its kind
and allows us to demonstrate to you
first hand the innumerable possibilities
for combinations and compositions. Let
our showroom help you in your decision-making.
By the same token, we see ourselves as

for colour, interior design and wooden

To meet the needs of our clients we have
assembled an exclusive collection of
samples for wooden flooring, flooring,
painting, stucco, interior textiles, carpeting, sunshades and murals. Moreover,
we regularly attend international trade
fairs, always on the lookout for new
trends and manufacturers – to serve
you better.
As general contractor, the Dania
Manufaktur für Farbe & Wohnen provides you with complete consulting services and the professional implementation
of your project together with our partners. Thanks to our network, we always
remain abreast of contemporary trends
when planning, developing and carrying
out design projects.

The iron railings of the majolica house
designed by Otto Wagner and protected as a historical monument have been
restored to their original ”Otto Wagner”
green colour.
Wooden flooring
All of the parquet flooring in the Esterházy
Jagdschloss hunting seat in Burgenland
was redone. The selection of wood, the
installation work and the samples were
all based on traditional designs.

Interior textiles

The harmonisation of colour nuances
and the selection of just the right materials were the criteria for the interior textile design, the flooring and wall coverings at these renowned law offices.
Fresco gallery
At the Andechser Bräu brewery in
Munich, we worked together with the
internationally renowned artist Rainer
Maria Latzke to create the frescoes in
the studio and subsequently attach
them to the ceiling.

Artificial stone flooring

A self-levelling floor covering was chosen for the Minotti flagship store located in the heart of Vienna to underscore
the use of clean lines. This kind of flooring can be applied seamlessly for areas
up to ca. 500 m2.
General contractor
This villa in County Cork, Ireland, was
built and its interiors fully appointed in
the record time of three and a half
months, just in time for the birth of the
owner’s son.

By public transportation: Take the streetcar line D towards Nussdorf and get off at
the stop “Grinzinger Straße”; or take the subway line U4 to the final stop
“Heiligenstadt”; or take bus line 38A and get off at the stop “Grinzinger Straße”.
By car from the centre of town: Turn off of the Ring onto Währinger Straße, follow
Währinger Straße until you reach the Gürtel, turn right onto the Gürtel until you come
to Liechtenwerderplatz; turn left onto Heiligenstädter Straße.
By car from the A1 highway: Follow the A1 (which turns into the following streets:
Wientalstraße, Hietzinger Kai, Schönbrunner Straße) until you reach
Margaretengürtel; follow the Gürtel until you come to Liechtenwerderplatz; turn left
onto Heiligenstädter Straße.
By car from the A2 highway: Follow the A2 and turn off onto the Süd-Ost-Tangente
bypass towards Prague/Brno; follow the Süd-Ost-Tangente until you reach the A22
highway; follow the A22 until the Nordbrücke exit. Follow this road until the Nußdorf
exit. Turn right at the first traffic light onto Muthgasse and follow the traffic until you
